Finally tried this place out and really enjoyed it! I had falafel on hummus with the tzatziki sauce and tons of veg. The portion was huge, I took some home. I ate in the restaurant which was clean and I felt welcomed with a small child. The staff was friendly and helpful building the bowl as a first timer. The hummus in the dish seemed to be a bit watery, so I might do 1/2 hummus and 1/2 rice next time and see if that improves the consistency. Especially for leftovers. I'd love if it came with a single pita triangle. It doesn't so I would order a full pita side next time. I'll be back soon! read more

Very well set up on serving. Located in hopping plaza with other restaurants and shops, lots of parking. Inside as well as some outside seating. You go through the various stations to select your base, then protein and then numerous toppings and finally a sauce as they place fresh items into your bowl. In for lunch and yes they get a hearty lunch crowd that filled up their tables. Had the Olive U chicken on top of humus and salad and house sauce. Very tasty! Great service and good food. My only gripe was I had a long strand of black hair in my food. This was a very disturbing experience pulling it out of my mouth. Sucks because the food is actually really good here. There's no guarantee this wouldn't happen again, but I really hope it was a one off. read more

This place recently opened and Gardens and I immediately fell in love with it. I love Mediterranean food and it's like a mix of Mr. gyros and chipotle but recently I have been getting hard pieces of bone or wood. In my food around two weeks ago I went there, got myself, my usual order, and my throat was hurting. I I had a family member look in my throat with a flashlight and you could visibly see a bone poking out of my throat. I went to olive u today, October 3 and there was a chunk of wood in my food. The food is delicious and I love it, but this is disgusting. please if you eat here chew your food thoroughly and make sure there's nothing in it. EDIT I called the Palm Beach Gardens olive u location and they assured me that the "piece of wood" was actually a tyme stem and they are working hard to make sure that there will be no more stems. read more

My team and I had a working lunch and decided to order from Olive U. I'm telling you I typically have tunnel vision for Trader Joes's with anything else in this parking lot so I've never seen it. The menu is really simple: just think Chipotle of fast Mediterranean food, nothing fancy. I ordered the lettuce base with the chicken shawarma and a multiple toppings with the house sauce. My team ordered variations of bowls with the lentils and rice as the base. We also ordered an appetizer plate comprised of falafel, hummus and grape leaves. Ya know ya girl had to try the baklava. I loved that it was slightly under-sweet to me. Especially considering the last baklava a had was served on top a plate full of syrup *yuck* just too much. I think everyone enjoyed their food. The pita and humus were so good. My entree could have used a bit more meat but wasn't scant. I enjoyed the falafel a lot as well and that was with no sauce. Price was pretty decent, $12.50 for entrees and roughly the same for the appetizer. I would return and try the gyro next time! read more

I tried Olive U for the first time for lunch yesterday. I had a chicken shawarma bowl and it was tasty. I was surprised by the prices and it seemed like everything was an additional cost. I was asked if I wanted extra pita and said no, but I was charged $1.00 for the pita on the side. A small scoop of tzatziki sauce was also extra. Overall, I thought it was tasty, but it seemed pricey and the portions were not plentiful. I may try the Wellington location to compare. read more

This is a really nice place that's clean and offers fresh ingredients. I tried their Olive U and chicken schwarma bowls. You get to pick one base which can be rice, salad, etc and then one protein or double the protein for an extra $4. Then you can add as many toppings as you want such as olives, onions, banana peppers, feta cheese, chick peas and more. I really liked their different sauces, which add flavor to the food. The appetizer plate allows you to try 3 different appetizers so we got the cilantro lime hummus, some falafel and tzatziki sauce. I loved the cilantro lime hummus. It was delicious. I am in love with this place. It is my new goto for fresh food. It's the Greek versions of chipotle, but better. There was a line out the door when I went to pick up lunch but the staff quickly worked it down. If you're in a rush I would suggest ordering online for a pickup. read more

This is a really cute place that serves quick meals in a line order fashion. Pretty much everything is $12 unless you do extras. It is healthy and very tasty. Five stars for being an awesome fast food joint. Last time I was there it was meticulously clean, this time there were a few fries on the floor but the tables were all wiped down. It does get busy during the lunch rush, but I think they all do a very good job of keeping it clean. The bathroom is also clean and there is ample parking in the area, although again lunch rush is a little tricky. read more

Will definitely be back for more. There's plenty of seating inside and some outdoor seating as well. The Greek fries with feta on top, absolutely delicious!! OliveU is definitely my GoTo! I freaking love this place. I always order to-go because I'm usually on a lunch break when eating here but they ALWAYS have my food ready & waiting for me. The workers greet me when I enter the establishment with friendly smiles & a "hello," every time. My food is always hot, fresh, & absolutely delicious & they never skimp on food.
