Two stars. There was…read moreonly one person ahead of me, yet the wait was incredibly long. One employee went on what was supposed to be a 10 minute break but didn't return. Meanwhile, Leslie spent roughly 30 minutes assisting the customer in front of me which was very time consuming. We politely asked if she could help other customers while that customer completed paperwork, but she said no. Seemed like she was giving good customer service to the person in front of her. She also told us it's "always like this" and that she would be the only employee working on Thursdays. During that time, the line grew to more than 20 people, and many customers gave up and left without being helped. Being severely understaffed was completely unacceptable. It showed a clear lack of respect for customers' time, resulting in excessive wait times, poor efficiency, and an overall frustrating experience that drove many people to leave without being helped. I won't be coming back unless they properly staff!

I literally avoid this post office at all costs because of her and travel farther for a better experience, but today I came out of convenience and of course, she was rude and disrespectful yet again. This has been my go to quick print/ship store for decades and I've seen the worst of them come and go but this crew takes the prize. They either have no idea what they're doing or go to great lengths to try to insult everyone just minding their own business using the printers. And this may seem like a nit, but it's annoying that employees take the end parking spots (on the left side facing the store) that customers of a certain age like myself need to use so we don't have to walk halfway across the parking lot because the smoke shop always has all of the other store front walkway parking spots taken all day long. Sent a 2-page print order (like.....literally 54 cents worth of printing) at 2:15pm through the…read morewebsite. The projected pickup time was 7pm, but I know it never actually takes that long for them to print the orders....especially when it's only 2 pages. I still hadn't gotten a confirmation email by 6pm, so I decided to just get in my car to go pick it up. Once I got there, I was informed that the website system had been either losing or grossly delaying the print order submissions all day, and my 54-cent order hadn't been received. Luckily, there were 2 very helpful employees that said, "Just email it to us and we'll print it." It took me some hassle to figure out how to do all that from my phone (I feel so Boomer trying to do ANYTHING on my phone), but luckily, I figured out how to send them what I needed and as promised, they printed it out for me and sent me on my way. The delay from the website is a huge pain in the a**, but I'm thankful for caring employees who helped me and got my order printed. Thank you!!
