I walked in to see if there was decently priced Sports gear. There was. However, the only suns jerseys they had were Booker. Ugh. There's a handful of other guys that I would've rather worn...Oso, Allen, Green, etc. Not a one of them there...Sheesh. They had like 15 different Booker shirts/jerseys though. I would've happily paid what they were asking. They had Cards stuff, too, which I could easily buy for my buddies. Maybe I'll be back for those. I'm not big on the Cards, but I know a lot of people who would love anything Cards-themed. I may be back. I didn't interact with any staff here. The layout of the store is clean and well organized. I purchased a shirt for a Christmas gift. When I went to return it I was told it was final sale when I purchased the item. However, it's not on the receipt and was not told to me when I purchased it. My sun devils basketball shorts were too small and SUPER thin. It cost me $7 to get them (non refundable) and $15 to send them back! So I purchased them for $42. Paid $22 to get them and send them back with a net refund of $20. Never again. read more

I've been purchasing Dallas Cowboys and UofA merchandise from this store for many years. For quite a while, it's been the only store in the East Valley that has several options for my 2 favorite teams. Plus they have plenty of Dbacks, Suns and Cardinals merch. I'm a huge fan of fitted hats and I conservatively guess that I've purchased 20 from this store. In April of 2024, I purchased a clearance Cowboys tank top that ended up being too large for my wife, so I went back to exchange it. The man working the counter said that store policy doesn't allow exchanges on clearance items and I said that I was just asking to swap it out for exactly the same tank top, but in a smaller size that they also had on the clearance rack. The answer was still no. I mentioned all the money I've spent in store and recently online too. The answer was still no. I called corporate recently to speak to the store manager about the poor experience and he didn't call me back. I called corporate again today and the woman who originally took my message stated that she had emailed the store manager and his boss when I originally left the message. Customer satisfaction on a reasonable request clearly isn't important to the store or management. I haven't shopped at Just Sports since the incident in April. read more

Unfortunately, they had some but up high in the ceiling walls that required an associate to get down for us. Unfortunately again they were busy with another customer and the other busy with mopping the floor. This company is a joke! Buy online they will send you a store display or a store return. How do I know this, I just purchased a pair of slides. When I got them they looked used. Dirt inside of the slides from someone's foot gross. Contact customer support they tell me sorry and to send them back as they gave me a return label. The rep then ask me what I wanted to do exchange or refund I choose exchange. Days go by no word if they got the return or if they are going to send me the exchange for a new/clean pair of slides. Don't hear back from them check my email and they just refunded my money when I ask for the exchange. Now I have to wait on my refund don't have my slides! Just a BIG waste of time! So if you like buying used items shop here just beware that they don't do what they say they do. There website states that you can return an item and either get an exchange or refund. I have shopped here numerous times over the years. They are consistently having sales so its possible to snag some solid gear at a great price. Hats, jerseys, shirts, beanies, and lots of other stuff (lanyards, socks, stickers, etc) can be found at this location. My only complaint is that their hockey section is rather small. What I appreciate most is that staff is friendly but they don't bother you while shopping. read more

This location is 5 minutes from my house & I like that...but, as I found out this store is just too small and doesn't offer as much of what I am looking for (Arizona Coyotes gear). They had other things, such as baseball gear and Wildcats gear I want but this store is just too cluttered and claustrophobic for me to shop in. Visit this store yesterday. We are from Out of State & my boys came across this place server all days prior- to me visiting. Staff was friendly and offered assistance. We knew exactly " what" we wanted : when my boys were in they found a Giant's Baseball T-Shirt ( we had been looking for, for a Grad gift).. The shirt was at a clearance price and was an official MLB "T" we picked that up for a great price & also a car decal. The store has some great things to choose from and much to offer. My son will be returning in the Fall to attend ASU & we will be moving here as a family. By far the VERY worst customer experience I've seen in years! The moment we walked in there were two people standing at the register with nobody else in the store. We walked by them and neither of them acknowledged that we were even there even though they looked right at us. Already irritated we still went to the back of the store to look at a couple of jerseys. The lady at the counter said "I'll never say hi to anyone unless they say hi to me first!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They not one time asked if we needed any help and we were interested in one of the jerseys that was high up so one of us asked for assistance and they just came back with the ladder to take it down. They didn't have my size so I replied "ai appreciate it" and got a dirty look and no thank you!! WOW just WOW!! If you are the owner of this store I would HIGHLY recommend some staff changes and maybe some customer service courses! Very very poor customer service. I walked in this store the first time and the employees just ignored me. Then I left because I was unsure if I wanted to make a purchase. I returned about 30 minutes later to buy a hat. As I walked in, the employee at the door ignored me and greeted the couple that walked in after(even explaining some sales to the couple). I walked to the back and got the hat I wanted and walked up to the register. I waited there for about 5 minutes before the guy at the computer looked up. He just looked at me. I asked him "where can I buy this hat?" He just pointed to the register. I said "well maybe I shouldn't buy it here if you don't want to ring me up." So he said "ok" and turned around and walked back to the computer. Completely rude. I did not make a purchase, nor will I ever. Also, just a side note- there was an employee laying in the middle of the store putting together a shelving unit. Very unprofessional and weird. First of all, If I could give this store a rating it would be ZERO. It is absolutely disgusting how disrespectful the employees in this store treat there customers. The young girl working shoved past me and my friend to put a hat away and had a nasty attitude. later, she tried to fight me and chased me outside the store because I asked for her name and for her to treat customers with a little more respect. I'm a pretty big sports fanatic, I know a decent amount about football and baseball and love to support my teams. Every time I walk into this store the people that work here look at me like I'm somehow bothering them. They are generally rude if you have any questions about products they may have and respond with comments like "if you don't see it on the wall we don't have any". I have worked in customer service for over five years and would never answer in this manor. The employees never come to check on you while your shopping to see if their is anything that they can help with and your lucky to be acknowledge at any time while your in the store even upon entry. read more
