Scheels is like a department store, Bass Pro shops, & a small cafe combined. Lol. Two levels of just everything you can imagine. Sports cards, memorabilias, grilling (the wall of bbq & meat seasonings!), camping gear, shooting gear, golf, fishing, athletics, jerseys, shoes, legos... they have a ferris wheel inside the building, a candy store, and a cafe serving snacks and small bites. The service is almost always good and the guy that built the bike when I bought it was really cool, helpful, and informative. I can't say the prices are always great, but what place has that? I will say they always have deals and good sales and so the pricing is pretty good. They have a large selection and the place is really big so there's usually many of each item in stock. I would recommend them for, at least, an option when you're shopping for sporting goods.

Got down there saw the reel I wanted. A shimano stradic 1000. So Christopher was my guy. Told him what I wanted and I was ready to buy. Well we couldn't find the key for the glass case it was in. Christopher went out of his way to help me. I also bought a rod, some weights, hooks, and a large funnel. They put some line on the reel and to the cashier. They were patient in describing the differences between the equipment, demonstrating how to use the equipment, and I was also able to try the equipment out myself. At Home Fitness has some great quality products in their store. Many of them come with lifetime warranties. I ended up purchasing from the store and cannot wait for my home gym to arrive.
