The whole process was super cool you first get a scan of your feet to check your size, width and arches, then they bring out different shoes to find your best match. The store is a bit tight so it did end up getting a little crowded, so may be best to come on a weekday rather than a weekend day like us. I really recommend anyone coming here, we are not runners but wanted some great walking shoes for upcoming trips.

The employees were talking and never paused to greet us or offer help. We were searching for a Jersey small enough for my son and no one offered assistance. We found a hat and went up to the counter, but the employee was too busy watching a game to greet us or direct us. I asked where we should pay. He rung up our purchase in silence. Perhaps the manager can practice some sentence starters with his/her employees, "Good evening, did you find everything okay?" "Hi, did you find everything you were looking for?" Had that happened, perhaps we could have told him (the employee...dear God I hope he wasn't management) we couldn't find a jersey and he could have assisted us with an additional purchase. Nope...radio silence. I said, "Thank you"...typically stores should also thank the customer....another missed customer service opportunity. When online sales are putting brick and mortar stores out of business daily, what sets stores apart from an online experience is customer service. You'll probably end up buying more than what you plan on, so be ready. This location boasts 2 floors, with everything from kayaks to baseball bats and shoes for every sport to clothing for the kiddos. They carry major brand names such as Yeti, Hydroflask, Nike, Puma, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to also find ratchet tie downs for pick up trucks in the kayak/SUP section. They had a great sale going on before the 4th. I was able to snag my life vest for just $20! I won't be using it too much, but you gotta be safe no matter what! I was browsing around and trying on different brands when an employee asked if I needed any help. I politely declined. I did drop a star due to the fact that when I checked out, there was only one register open. There were about 3 of us behind the person who was paying. Eventually, another register opened up so I was out and about in a few minutes. I would have also liked to see scanners throughout the store to check prices. There is an abundance of parking in the lot outside. Employees are friendly and they offer a military discount when you show your valid I.D.
