The store itself is bright, clean, and just has that welcoming vibe. I always end up spotting something new when I come in! The sales associates are usually amazing -- friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful when it comes to finding the right gear. They helped me pick out the best pieces for my workouts, which I appreciated. I did run into one associate who seemed a bit rushed and not very helpful, but thankfully that wasn't the overall experience. They have markdown racks (just like other Lululemon stores I've visited), which makes browsing even more fun. One item I knew was out of stock, but the other had the buy online pickup in store the next morning option, yes this store, so the item was more that likely in stock in the store. I looked but was unable to locate the item, so I approached the girls and asked for assistance. I immediately knew I was interrupting, and they had no interest in helping me. They looked at the item and immediately said we don't have it here. When I asked about the buy online pickup in store, they said oh well, maybe it's on clearance over there somewhere, pointed to an area in the corner of the store, then went straight back to their conversation and phones. Neither one even offered to help me. In fact , they kind of spoke to me like I was some stupid mom, who didn't know what she was doing, and they had better things to do than assist me. I work in retail, and the fact that an employee was perched on the counter like that is crazy. The fact that they were outright ignoring customers, crazier!! They were so distracted, I could have robbed the store blind and they wouldn't have known anything was happening. This is my regular AE, unfortunately not anymore, I'll go to different AE moving forward. Do better.

After chatting with an employee via phone, I stopped by Soccer Mall and was elated to find that they had a Barcelona toddler set! The kid sets come with a shirt/jersey, shorts, and socks. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything in the current season for kids; it was from the 2017-2018 season. Since it was close in color scheme to the current season (and I couldn't find the current season anywhere else) I went ahead and got it. The Soccer Mall personalized the jersey for $15. It was ready in a couple of days and it looked so cute! The man who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The store was very neat and organized. The next time I'm looking to buy anything futbol (football) related, Soccer Mall will be my first stop.

When we arrived we parked right next to Cowboy Co., a which was closed, so we returned to shop the next day. Their boot assortment is impressive... colors and materials from cowhide to alligator to ostrich and capybara. My wonderful wife found herself a couple nice cowgirl shirts that she makes look quite nice, so now we're ready for some line dancing in Cave Creek the next time we visit and also at home!
