I…read moreoriginally just stopped to grab my daughter a new pair of boots because my husband left her shoes at the venue where we had just had her 2nd birthday party. However my very opinionated 2 year old saw the Hulk (she adores Hulk) shoes in the bigger kid sizes. I asked an employee about toddler sizes and she said no sorry. So we tried on some pink ones in her size. The employee (I didn't catch her name) came back and said she looked online to see if we were able to order the Hulk shoes from your website sadly we are not. Now most employees would leave it at that but she didn't. She asked my daughter who her favorite super hero was and she of course said Hulk and asked for the shoes. The employee apologized to my daughter about not having her size and asked what her second favorite. My daughter replied Spiderman. The employee had ready looked up other super hero shoes in toddler sizes while looking for the Hulk ones. The excitement in her face was priceless when she told my daughter that they had ONE pair of Spiderman shoes in her size! My daughter thanked her and had the biggest smile. It took a good 15 minuets and 2 employees to find the shoes (they were left in the wrong section when they recently moved product around in the back) my daughter was ecstatic about her new Spiderman shoes! Not only were all the employees so nice but the one that helped us (associate ID is 364553) went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday a little more special. None of the ladies working that day were judgmental of the fact my daughter wanted "boy" shoes. I can't say the same for any of my fellow patrons. I did get some funny looks when my 2 year old in a hot pink and orange dinosaur themed dress asked ever so politely for "Hulk smash" shoes. I will also be calling the Silverdale, Wa store today to tell my story to the managers there. I'm sure big companies like yourself get more complaints than compliments and I just wanted to let you know you and your employees are doing a great job! I've been shopping your store since I was a young teen. Now 27 and still shops there. You and your silverdale employees don't know how much a simple pair of Spiderman shoes will help my daughter. We have to go to Seattle Children's Hospital every few months for my daughter and having one of her favorite heroes on her feet and in her hands (she has a Spiderman action figure) will help her tremendously! Say hello and let the customer shop instead of continually asking about how our day is or bringing us items to look at. Some customers may love this but read the room. If the customer isn't looking at you and focused on browsing, leave them alone. On two different occasions, the sales gal kept bringing items to me they "think" I will like and then I'm awkwardly stuck having to say no thanks. Again, I love the clothes here but I hesitate going in sometimes

The atmosphere is very cold and stand off-ish, I was ignored for the first 5 minutes, standing at the counter finally being asked if "minded waiting, while he showed a lady a pistol?" Mind you she walked in after me, but I guess I didn't have the right "incentives" for attention. After almost 15 minutes of hanging out I was finally approached and asked what I had in the cases. They offered pennies on the dollar for a handful of safe queens, when I asked why their offer was so low the guy shrugged and said "you can only sell these to gun stores now so there's no private market any more, take it or leave it" I left it, I can't justify selling a rifle/scope that I paid $5K for with only 20 rounds down range for $300 because that's just how it is now. The whole experience was so negative that I didn't bother shopping around, I'd rather take my business ANYWHERE else.

Went in after the federal tax stamp of suppressors dropped to zero dollars. First time buying one…read morewith zero knowledge of suppressors. Took two trips in so far with a third incoming when the ATF is done. First trip did some finger printing and questions on the silencer shop kiosk in the store talked to guys at the counter and they informed me about additional stuff to do on ATF website. So went and did that and returned. Pretty average but helpful visit for being new to suppressors. 2nd trip in i spoke with a dude behind the counter explained I wanted a suppressor, but my knowledge is lacking. Told him what firearms I'm using and that I got the paperwork that was mentioned in first visit completed. So he showed me a couple options and grabbed 2 other guys and the lady at the desk processing the paperwork for their input for a first time purchaser and showed me a couple more options and ultimately ended up the the dead air sandman X. While I haven't received it yet (waiting on the ATF to process the paperwork), the staffs thoroughness, willing to answer my dumb questions for 35-40 minutes was a huge help and I felt i had to share my experience. They didn't disappoint and I have a feeling this will be my go to shop in the future. So Thank you for the help and I am looking forward to the ease on my ears when I'm out at target practice.
