The issue was that I stood there for a solid 2 minutes, no communication, while she fiddled with boxes. I finally said, 'can you finish taking my return?' She replied, 'I have shit to do first.' I said, 'excuse me?' I asked for her Manager. The manager (Heidi) came from the front of the store and was polite at first. Felicity kept saying things under her breath as Heidi continued to take the remaining items as returns. Heidi stated that she couldn't believe Felicity cursed. I had zero reason to make all of this up. There was then a customer behind me. When Heidi finished, I walked towards the front of the store. I stopped just behind some racks so they could not see me and Felicity said 'I don't know why she lied.' To which Heidi stated, 'don't worry about it. People don't need to speak to our associates that way.' First off, Heidi was nowhere near the kiosk when all of it initially took place. Second, I did not even raise my voice. Third, there was another customer there. Fourth, you are the General Manager and are acting this way? No wonder your associate was so out-of-line. She learns it from you and you encourage it to keep happening. The formal complaint is being sent. This was a ridiculous situation.

Once I need two pairs of slip-resistant black memory foam canvas that meets requirements for work, we went down several places: Big 5 sporting goods, Sportsman's warehouse & Vans but none of them are what I wanted. Either missing a pair or not the correct size. Finally we found the pair here for my 8 1/2 feet. Weirdly didn't feel any discomfort at the mall, but afterwards my left foot began swollen after 3 days of work. Had to exchange them, so we brought the shoe with original tag(Glad haven't thrown away). The shift manger said its not the policy--Must be completely unworn. Explained a lot but the problem wasn't solved, ended up we donated the shoe. What a complicated hassle... Later I got a much better one at another Skechers. Whoever doing business on a retail shoe store, I suggest look carefully& think twice before buying. That way you do not have to waste time running trips.
