I trusted this shop, was patient and got burned…read more The more closely I've looked over my bike since getting it back, the more disappointed I've become with the quality of work, lack of attention to detail, and actual damage done to my equipment. My bike went in for routine maintenance with no oil leak. Now it has one. Three important screws were missing, including one in the fairing that I only noticed while detailing the bike. My speakers worked before service, but after whatever disconnect they said they installed, they no longer function. The seals around the fairing were not reinstalled correctly. The rubber seal around the fuel tank was also put back improperly. My brake light and turn signals are now malfunctioning and hyper flashing. I also had to buy a new battery right after their service. The work took far too long, communication was poor throughout the process, and now I'm going to have to pay the shop down the street to fix everything and do it right. As a Harley owner, this whole experience was a nightmare. It's frustrating to drive by and see a full parking lot of bikes, because it makes me wonder how many other people are dealing with the same kind of service.

Location, location, location…read more Never has these words been more true, it really is all about location for this place. 100 feet from one of the best atv parks is a dirtbike shop. It is such a great idea, that it's shocking it took them decades to do it. They have what you need when you are on a trip to Croom. They keep the small things, that are key to keeping a riding trip going, lug nuts, chains, oil, helmets, clutch lever in case an older sister dropped your dirtbike. And what is truly shocking about this place, the prices aren't crazy. With their location, they could easily rip people off, but they don't. While I try to pack everything I need to ride, I know I will be stopping in here most of my trips to Croom.

They asked that I return the battery, (didn't want to see the charger), I did and they proceeded to tell me they would "see what they could do". After being told on the phone several times that they were "working on it", I went there in person. They decided to give me a replacement from their shop, supposedly new but no paperwork because it came out of the shop. I took it, knowing at that point it would be the best I would do and sure enough, it is also junk.

The gentleman texted me and said he had just finished a bike assembly and wanted to know if I still wanted him to come out for our appointment that was scheduled for 12 to 2. I disagreed with him and told him it was for 12 noon and that I had found someone else. He became obnoxious and said he was going to bill me and send me to collections for what I don't know. I'm guessing this guy has not been in business very long. And I doubt if he will be in business very long
