As we silently screamed "hurry up!" the chalkboard selections touted a smattering of available flavors while the glass case full of tiny chocolates gleamed like dark jewels. When dining in, the hot chocolate is served in pretty ceramic cups though it wasn't steaming hot the way I usually like my HOT chocolate. Apparently I've been drinking it all wrong as there's a specific temperature that lets the flavors bloom on the palate. Packages of the chocolate blends also are available though quite pricey. I was lucky to be gifted a bag last year, and now understand all the hype! Check em out!

This year I moved from one city to another, and for various reasons my order with Santa Fe Ole got mixed up and sent to my old house, which was impossible for me to get to.
