The clerk today couldn't have cared less when I mentioned that the New Narrower For You! lanes were too close. They need to remove a couple checkout lanes. The Cordova store should send a delegation to San Francisco, where we recently shopped at the Fulton & Laguna intersection store. ONE LINE! Brilliant! And the line feeds into a fairly open area with about 10-16 spots, not lanes, where the cashiers hang out. Is there any hope that the Cordova Joes management will wake up and make the checkout experience at least tolerable? (nope i don't think so either). And please corral the obstructive flower shop at the entry! Convene a Board of Customers to go through the store with an attentive professional management team and fix this place.
