Recently went for a tire rotation, front 2 tires were hit, he said he couldn't rotate them they were balding and dangerous. Which I appreciated so I bought 2 tires, price was fair. I then had a slow leak 2 weeks later in one of the older tires, I told him he can replace those two also if need be. He said I needed to wait an hour they had other cars to work on. Half an hour later, he said your good to go we fixed the leak and those other tires are fine for now. He could have easily gotten me for two new tires, but was honest and did not. July 31st, 2023 Went in for an oil change only. I ended up leaving with oil change, 2 new tires and brakes $800+ Less than 3 weeks later, I noticed in stop and go traffic the car is squeaking and vibrating when I brake I took it back in August 30th, 2023 and told them they just just my brakes and this was occurring and they said "that doesn't sound like the brakes" and I instantly knew they were full of it, then after 2-3 hour wait they said "it was the master brake cylinder" and would cost another $680+ and that "they were working out a deal for me to help me out" I immediately left NO! NOPE! NEVER AGAIN! God don't like liars and dishonest folks Change your ways August 31st, 2023 I took my car to OK Tires of Pompano and informed them of everything and they said Tire Kingdom didn't do the brakes right on 7/31 and they told me what they did wrong and what little had to be done to correct it so that my vehicle could be driven safely and the total $225+ I was there for 2-3 hours My vehicle is driving beautifully Thank you the entire OK Tires of Pompano team! read more

Took my vehicle there for a front end alignment was told I needed $400 worth of work. I declined. They also broke all four of my hubcaps. I asked the manager to replace a part for me that the factory book time called for 30 minutes. The technician said he needed two to three hours. I declined. Took my vehicle to another garage got a great front end alignment with no parts replaced. They replaced the part I requested within 30 minutes and I paid them there 1 hour shop time minimum. Don't ever go to this place. Read the one star reviews there is an issue with bad front end parts and this shop. You've been warned. read more

I had a nail in my tire and I wasn't sure if it needed to be replaced or repaired. Jeff Miranda looked at my tire, right before closing and without an appointment. The nail did not puncture the tire, so nothing needed to be fixed. Jeff was honest and kind. I offered to pay, since his technician took time to look at my car. There wasn't a charge. On a native Broward resident/friend's recommendation, I took my car to OK Tire. I had a nail/slow leak, but since the tires are run flats and because of the vehicle manufacturer, you have to use this expensive lever-less machine so as to not damage the rim--not everyone has this machine, nor is everyone qualified to use it. OK Tire has the machine and they fixed my tire. The price was reasonable, the people I spoke with were personable, professional, straightforward, helpful, and friendly.
