I came over to this side of town to get tires at Costco because I'm on a budget. When I got there i found out the tire center was closed due to construction. I said 'screw it, I'll just go to the beach'. As usual. On my way I happened to drive by Just Tires and decided I'd humor myself and see the prices. I was pleasantly surprised, Don D. was super helpful and friendly, I never felt pressured in any way. He worked within my budget and although didn't have them in stock, he was able to get all 4 tires delivered and installed within an hour with no appointment. They inspected the rest of my car and didn't give me the run around or try to use scare tactics These are honest hard working people and I'm glad I stopped by Five stars! read more

Came Wednesday morning for the appointment I had at 9:30 and I was told I would have to wait 3-4 hours. I rescheduled with the guy in the front for Saturday morning. He said I wouldn't take long that day since I would be the first car they would service. I came at 8am, asked the same guy how long it would take and he didn't give me an answer. To kill time, I grabbed breakfast and shopped a bit. When I start heading back after an hour, I just see my car getting pulled in to get serviced. Then I wait inside the store another hour. Over two hours of waiting despite being the first car on the lot and all for an oil change?!! It should never take that long especially if I had the first appointment. Out of the many times I've been here, there was only one occasion when I was out in less than an hour. If your techs keep calling off or if you guys understaffed then whoever is in charge of the website should block off those early appointment dates. I live close by but I will no longer come here for any reason. I think I'll switch over to Pep Boys. read more

Showed up on a Tuesday at about noon for their $19.95 oil change. Took about 20 minutes to get checked in though there was only 1 car in their 4 or 5 bays. They said it would take about 30 minutes. We went for a walk and came back 45 minutes later. After waiting in an empty lobby for a few minutes they said "ok, we're just pulling the car in, is that ok?" I said no, did it occur to you to call? No, we've been so busy... (as at this time there were. I cars in the bay and 3 techs standing over a computer.) Pay the extra 10 and go to Valvoline. read more

Had my custom wheels removed from my car and my stock wheels put back on and went on a long distance trip and heard my wheel knocking in the back. Turns out these guys did not tighten my lug nuts which could have bred disastrous with my family in age car. As for my custom rims that were taken off the damaged the hell out of one of my rims and gave them back to me in plastic wrapping. I only just found out as I unwrapped them today and noticed large chunks gouged out of my rims. Would not recommend this shop to my worse enemy. read more

The gentleman at the front desk, Robert (I believe), was extraordinarily patient and professional, especially when it got really busy near closing time tonight. Robert and the mechanic who replaced my tire (I'm afraid I didn't catch his name) went above and beyond, staying an hour after closing so that I could pick up my car. I unfortunately was unable to come earlier. If there's any way both of these outstanding employees could be rewarded for their incredible service from management, I hope it can be done. read more

Ask for Carl! He's honest and fair. My Mini Cooper dealer told me I needed 4 tires and I know dealer prices are alway overpriced so I came to Just Tires. Turns out one tire could be repaired and the tread on the others are good for a while and with rotation I can wait a year to purchase. I bought a rotation plan which is a great deal! My fiance and I were driving by Just Tires a few days ago and noticed the sign for a Tire Sale. I called and got a quote right away over the phone. When I went in this morning - the quote was the same, which surprised me. I was half expecting it to cost more. I was in and out in an hour. I also needed a new hubcap and they recommended an auto parts store and even offered to put them on if I wanted to swing back by! Everyone was very kind and on top of it! Don't go here for a tire patch, these guys will not give you one, they will tell you they can't fix it and will try to sell you a new tire. Guy told me the actual tread was the tread wear indicator, which I knew was wrong, the tread wear indicator was well below 2/32" of the top of the tread, which is repairable. These were performance tires, so maybe he was used to an SUV-type tread depth, but either lacking in knowledge or trying to scam. read more

Definitely won't get a hookup here, they will charge for everything. My boyfriend paid for everything like a true gentleman but didn't pay attention to the bill, I asked to keep one of my new tires so they wrapped and loaded it into my car however apparently communication isn't there because they charged him for the recycling of the tire that I kept. Which isn't honest. They charge for everything when other tire places have waived certain fees. Expensive for sure read more

I unfortunately had a very bad experience. I bought tires (had tires aligned and brake inspection performed there as well) - all good (or so I thought) 3 months later my tires are balding! I go back since something is obviously not right. I was treated unprofessionally and unkind by a man named Karl who made it his personal vendetta to tell me that it was my fault my tires were balding. He told me my brakes were bad and alignment was bad and I would have to buy brand new tires (with no mention of a replacement or "I'm sorry") even though the company had performed the service. I will never go back and should have trusted my instincts to go to American Tire Depot or anywhere else. Karl gets a "F" in customer service - I do hope other workers do not represent his horrible service. :( read more

Been shopping for tires for a couple weeks, so decided to stop in here and see what they could offer. Shop is big and clean and there is nice parking and a good waiting area. Customer service is a bit lacking however. I spoke with two people while getting a bid and neither of them were very friendly. They definitely tried to up sell me from the type of tires I was looking to buy, telling me the tires I came in looking for were cheap and not good for my car (to which I say, why do you carry them if you don't want to sell them?). I told the guy the best price they said they could offer me was a couple hundred more than what I've been able to find at another place, to which he argued with me and said that's not true and their tires are better. After that I said no thank you and headed out the door. I received a snarky "good luck" as I walked away. There's an old saying when it comes to business and if this place wants to last in a competitive West LA market they should follow it. It goes, "the customer is always right." read more
