This location is on a somewhat busy intersection, and there's a few places to check out when you walk around to kill time. Otherwise, they have wifi and TV with cable in the waiting area. I showed up here for an alignment at 4pm, they were low on mechanics so the guy at the desk told me to come back in two hours. So I waited around Venice for 2 hrs and came back at 6pm sharp. Gave them my keys told them I'd just wait in the lobby. An hour later my truck is still just setting in the lot. WTF! Why wouldn't he tell me when I got there at 6 hey it's still gonna be while! They knew I was just killing time till 6. So now I'm killing 3hrs of my day waiting for on JUST TIRES to do their job?! When I asked the desk guy why he told me to come hhack at 6 instead of 7 he said, " I didn't say come back at 6" and wouldn't even give me a straight answer on how much longer I have to wait! Brought my daughter's car to get new tires a couple of days ago and I'm not sure how to review this store because the customer service was good; however, one of the four tires was not installed properly and deflated within 48 hours. My daughter's car was not drivable and they stated have no towing service to bring it back. Once I got the spare tire in place, I brought the car back to the store and was told the tire was not installed properly, by them, and needed to be replaced as it was damaged due to the drive. The changing of the tire took another two hours. Like I said, they are very nice, however, I would have appreciated it if they at least apologized for the incorrect installation. read more

I dont understand how places like this stay in business when the basics of customer service are so blantly ignored. Went there this morning to get a tire repaired - it had a simple slow leak. When I went to the counter was greeted by a gruff dude that immediately told me it would be one to one and a half hours to work on my car, despite there being no one in their waiting area and only one car in their many bays. When I asked why so long he snorted that they only had one guy clocked in though multiple people were wandering around the shop. I said OK because I needed my tire fixed and didn't want to drive around trying to find a better option. He came out to look at the tire and take my information. I asked if it would be a problem if I ran my car up the street to get it washed while I waited. He told me i would loose my place in line since they are a first come, first serve place. When i challenged him on this asking why it made a difference if my car and I sat here v making some productive use of my Saturday he was clearly annoyed. When I continued to press, he became co.bative and said he wouldn't make any promises and walked off. At that point we got engulfed in a full argument with me driving off and him walking back into the shop. Twenty minutes later I had my tire repaired by a completely helpful serviceman at Marina Tires on Washington and was so thankful I walked out if this dump. When I reflected upon this experience as my car was being repaired, it dawned on me it was most likely because of such poor customer service as I experience that none of their bays were full. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if for no other reason to send them a message that customer service does matter. read more

Just had a great experience there! Quick, friendly, and easy. I've been to other locations that had an uncomfortable lounge area, or had a hard time finding my customer information, or took far longer than estimated, and none of that happened here. Just be sure to make an appointment, even if you make it on the same day when you're on the way over, to skip the walk-in line. read more

I guess it depends on the day but my experience with this store has been that this place is kinda lame. Prices are high. Staff quality depends. I've had helpful service and really bad help. There is never a wait. For example, in the past I've had them tell me they don't do tire patches, which I thought was odd. Just last week I had a slow leak in my tire so I stopped in and asked if they could patch it and they patched it! Within 2 days I was putting air back in the slow leak. So after a week, I put air in twice, I wake up and the tire is completely flat. I put the spare on and drove back over to Just Tires. The manager looked at the slight uneven wear on one edge and said that they should have never repaired the tire, even though they measured the tread the week before and said it was still good for another 10 -15,000 miles. After charging me nearly $40. ($25-30 average) for a patch, a week later he says the tire is dry rotted, but the other 3 are fine. He put air in the tire and sprayed water on it and said the patch is fine. There was nothing he could do but sell me a new tire. This was the straw that broke the camels back and might explain why there is never a wait here, no customers. Anyways, I left pissed. Double standards freak people out. I will never return and hope you can learn to do better business for society in the future. Customer Advice: Take your chances, but better to stay away. read more

Came in panicked with a nearly flat tire as they were closing with what I thought was a scheduled appointment. After learning there had been a miscommunication between the main line and the Venice location's direct line in making my appointment, they jumped into action to help. Offered to put my spare on for me, ended up filling my tire temporarily with air, had me come back the next morning and treated me like a priority. Jeremy is the MAN! As a woman, I often feel like car mechanics try and take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to cars and try to up-sell and up-charge me. This was not the case at all here! Jeremy was so helpful and honest with me. He told me what my car "needed" and did not push me to purchase other parts or services. I have never been to a slower tire place. Most times there is a feel of hustle and bustle. This place just seems to be happy to take their dear sweet time. My experience with America's Tires is they either don't allow customers to watch (citing liability concerns) or you see that they hire high school dropouts to work on your car. Not at Just Tires. We drove to Los Angeles on Saturday and got a nail in one of our tires. We went to Costco in Venice but it was a three hour wait. One of the guys in the tire shop suggested we go to Just Tires which was less than a mile away. Jeremy greeted us when we arrived. Explained that he could easily patch the tire. We went across the street to a coffee shop, came back 40 minutes later and it was done for less than $40.00. Jeremy was friendly, explained what would be done, and how long it would take. It was a great relief to be in an area you're not familiar with and find such good service! We've already told our friends to live in the area. Couldn't be happier! read more

This place really suck! It's a tire shop and definitely seem to have the correct equipment to do the job but it's lacking the experienced people to be able to handle specialty low profile tires that are more difficult to replace. I left 2 wheels and tires for dismount and mounting and was told it would take an hour To do the nod at a cost of $60. I come back an hour later to find the tires and wheels just sitting there. They Told Me they couldn't do the job. They attempted to remove one tire and in the process the scratched the inside of the polished barrel and the powder coated Center had a couple a huge scratches. So I just took my wheels and tires and took them to the guys down the street at discount LINCOLN tires which took me in right away and mounted the tires without incident. Now I have a scratched wheel ( it was already scratched on the outer lip) that I now have to spend a bunch of $$ to have repaired and powder coated. So if you have expensive wheels and tires that require special attention do yourself a favor and don't come to this place cause your wheels may get damaged! Go down to the guys at LINCOLN tire just down the street where they Have the experienced guys to handle your especial tire needs. read more

I came over to this side of town to get tires at Costco because I'm on a budget. When I got there i found out the tire center was closed due to construction. I said 'screw it, I'll just go to the beach'. As usual. On my way I happened to drive by Just Tires and decided I'd humor myself and see the prices. I was pleasantly surprised, Don D. was super helpful and friendly, I never felt pressured in any way. He worked within my budget and although didn't have them in stock, he was able to get all 4 tires delivered and installed within an hour with no appointment. They inspected the rest of my car and didn't give me the run around or try to use scare tactics These are honest hard working people and I'm glad I stopped by Five stars! read more
