Seems like they have a major scheduling issue based off my experience and other reviews. Wouldn't recommend. Made an appointment for them to just check out one tire I presumed had a leak - car is only 1 month old so couldn't be a major issue. I arrived about 15 minutes early, they said they would check if there was a problem, if any, and to just hang out in the interim. I sat inside alongside another gentleman (who arrived after me) for about 1.5 hours when I noticed the man who checked me in locking the doors for the night. I decided to go outside and see what the status was because it had been awhile for one tire and he was clearly heading out. Went outside- my car was still parked in the lot, had not been looked at at all or even moved! The man who checked me in had left and there was only one person in the garage working on all 4 of the other gentleman's tires. At this point the shop was closing in 20 minutes. Not the guys fault who was working because he was left alone and can only do so much, but I don't understand what the point of an appointment is if it clearly going to be ignored. Also they clearly have a communication issue - if they said they were running behind I would have rescheduled. Don't go here if you value your time. read more

Quoted a good price for a 4 tire replacement over the phone. Made an appointment, got there with all tires in the car - price doubled at the counter, as they "forgot" to include tire balancing! Giving 4 stars overall for good customer service and friendly helpful guys. I didn't give 5 stars because their tires are average about 25-45 dollars more for my car (BMW) than other sellers (online or Pep Boys is way cheaper, wish I knew that I would have gone to them), but when you are in a pinch I would say that it's the best I can do for safety to get myself back on the road again. I also purchased tire warranty which is about 10-12 dollars more than the average price on the market at the time of this review. read more

This location seems to have a bad wrap with keeping their queue organized. For one tire change, I ended up waiting almost over two hours while it seemed like they took on more customers during the late afternoon. They should organize it maybe where they can take on quick fix customers and give estimates to customers who have longer to fix issues. I shouldn't have to wait two hours for a single tire change. Very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful workers. One of the tires of my car got a nail pinned in. I drove by. They checked and ensured me the nail did not damage my tire. We went to Just Tires this morning (on a Sunday) - we found a screw in our tire and right before a road trip! They were so friendly and professional - from the person who answered our call, to the one that checked us in, to the mechanic that did the work. They have a really great Sunday morning crew. They patched our tire, the price was really affordable, and the whole thing was done with social distancing and masks - they really accommodated for the pandemic! I am not sure why I would ever go anywhere else. If anyone asks me where to go to get a tire fixed, I will send them over to Just Tires without hesitation. Could not be happier! read more

This is a gem of a tire shop. I stopped in to have my tires and tire pressure checked ahead of a long, solo road trip and the gentleman couldn't have been nicer, more professional and helpful. He thoroughly checked all of my tires and my spare then had someone check the tire pressure. I fully expected to pay for his time and expertise and was surprised to hear there was no charge. His 10 minutes of time ensures that when I need new tires, this is where I'll come. Even if I pay a little more than somewhere else, I REALLY appreciate good customer service! read more

While we were in transit in Santa Monica, I noticed a nail in a tire of our Tesla. I tried 5 different tire shops and they were either too busy to accept the job, or they refused to do it on the grounds that Tesla tires have a layer of foam liner in them, which makes them un-repairable. This is what I got from them, without them even checking my tire. Then, I searched for "Just Tires" and found one in the same general area. We have been their satisfied customers in the San Jose area and I was glad to see one in Santa Monica too. The service manager did not outright decline the job as others did. He looked at the tire and noticed that this type of tires is repairable. 3 hours later, my car was ready. The service manager said the nail had not gone deep and the tire did not need repair. To my surprise, he did not charge me anything, although they had removed the wheel and looked at the inside of the tire, and also had adjusted all tire pressures. The attention to customer's issue, upfront explanation issues to the customer, speed of execution and honesty in cost evaluation have been characteristics of all our previous experiences with "Just Tires", and this one in Venice, CA, also demonstrated the same level of customer service. My husband had stopped in for a tire repair, and asked about tires for my car...he was told that there was a sale going on, till the end of the year, ( on the tires we needed) and we were back a couple of days later. The service was fast and efficient, and we even learned about other services that they provide....changing windshield wipers, (I'll be back to have that done shortly) The Manager, Saul, and Ryan and Dale are a great team, and make you feel at home with comfortable chairs and a coffee machine in the large seating area. Horrible experience. They tried to upcharge me on everything when I came in for an oil change, including calling me to say they could replace my tires for another $1K. What's worse is they told me they put air in my tires like I asked but then I noticed the gauge was low. I went back inside and was told that I need to drive for a few minutes for the tire pressure gauge to update. I drove for 15 mins and still no change. When I came back the manager was both dismissive and unapologetic that his team lied to me about a service not being complete. He then dug in his heels claiming that "no one would put air in your 9-year-old tires as a liability." He took no responsibility for the lie nor did he apologize for the inconvenience and lack of transparency in communicating what services could or could not be done after I paid for the most premium oil change. I called Firestone in Marina Del Rey to fact-check him, and they said they would happily put air in my 9-year-old tires and to "come down to the shop anytime." I deeply regret doing business with this location and would strongly advise against it. Horrible management and I left feeling like the quality of work was questionable -- why deal with people you can't trust and who clearly cant be open and honest? read more

Bought a set of tires for our Mercedes. When one blew out 25 months later I called to see if I had warranty coverage and in any event to get a replacement. After being on hold for a while and explaining the situation twice to two different people I was told that I 'don't understand tires' and that I don't know what a defect means. Having been racing and testing high-performance cars for 40 years I thought that was pretty funny. Anyhow I'll not be doing business with them in future. read more

This place rocks. Hands down. I ran over a piece of plastic that punctured my tire so I brought it into the closest tire shop that I could find, which was just tires. Never heard of this place before. I was honestly annoyed because I thought I'd need to buy another $325 tire and wait for it to be shipped but, to my surprise, Trent, the manager of just tires looked at the damage and said that it could easily be patched for only $34! And, best of all, he said it could be taken care of SAME DAY. They're working on my car right now. Nice clean front lobby but there was only 1 tire guy working . Took my 1 tire to be fix , to take out a nail and patch up a hole ... since 1020am The Manager says there is still one more car the service tire worker still has to work on . It is now 3p. .So if u go there dont expect it to be fast and cheap.. it's more wait and slow to get your work on your tires to be dealt with. Literally the worst customer service I've had in a while. Here's how it went: - I dropped my car here at 8am because I seemed to have a slow leak. - Around 10am they called me but I had a meeting, and of course they didn't leave a voicemail so I didn't know it was them. - At 4:30 I called THEM and they let me know I had a bent rim that was causing the leak. I asked if they could fix it and they said they'd need to order the part and they'd call me with an estimate. - Never got a call so I called the next day over and over with no response. - After work I biked over only to discover they don't ACTUALLY fix rims. WTF?!? Why would they say they fixed rims when they didn't. - And the cherry on top? Their phone was broken and somehow hadn't noticed the lack of calls. all. day. - Oh yeah, and my tire didn't get any air. So 36 hours later, same problem, waste of time, waste of energy, got lied to, and my tire is still low. - I have no idea if they actually do anything competently. read more

The best part about this place is the staff. In particular, Ryan was great! He was very helpful and very informative. Also, he reassured me that my car would be finished soon and even gave me a very accurate time as to when. Ryan was also not overly aggressive when telling me all the suggested things I needed done and that makes me want to actually spend money as opposed to feeling like he was just trying to get me to buy more services. I would have given a 5 star but I wasn't offered any saving (which has nothing to do with the employees) but needless to say I felt taken care of at this establishment. Thank you Ryan Well done! I call Them before I drive 30 miles for fixing the problem , he ask me to call good year , then good year asked me to call the store!!!!! , he asked drive to drive to the store with out explaining anything !!!! UNSAFE FOR FAMILIES! BEWARE!! My lady needed to drop her car off to get her tire fixed. I followed over with our baby in the back seat of my own car, he is three and wanted to go in with her to see inside. I quickly parked my own car in the lot against the grain of the parking spaces so that I could bring him in quickly before he freaked out. There were about 20 open spaces so i figured the 60 seconds of bad parking wouldn't be a big deal. Boy was I wrong. Immediately, some employee who was literally sitting on a bucket doing nothing started in on me about parking wrong. The dude was nuts, seemed like maybe on drugs. Like just looking to try to get in a fight or something. The whole experience felt extremely unsafe and dangerous!! Tried to state my case and the guy got up like he wanted to attack me!! I got in the car with my baby and got away as quickly as possible. HIGHLY suggest you do the same. There are some great other tire places along Lincoln - Lincoln Discount Tire is top notch - where they are accommodating and safe for families. read more

The clerk Dale was incredibly rude and condescending to me. I had an appointment and prepaid the tires. I told him my name and the appointment time. He said he couldn't find it, and I said that I could give him the confirmation number. He cut me off said, "I don't need that! I need to know what tires you ordered." I came in with an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. They said it would take about 90 minutes so I went out to get lunch. Came back after about an hour and saw my car parked outside. Asked at the counter if they were done with my car and they said they had forgotten about it and would start immediately. Waited another hour and went to leave, but noticed my tires still seemed a bit low, which I'd noted when I came in. Pulled out my pressure gauge and checked and they hadn't put any air in them. Had to go back in and have them top up my tires. Overall a sloppy and disorganized operation. read more

These guys are the BEST!!! Just got my flat tire fixed. They sealed my leaky rim for free. So helpful and friendly!

They adjusted my tires and all that and I had to pay -- he gave me a 10 percent discount for the lube and oil. But it was good oil with a bad filter, which means it's a dirty filter. Then, they said, if they took the cap off, I'd have to pay for the cap, which is about $80. They sent me back to Toyota. I don't know what Toyota is going to change me. So I'm having to pay twice for the same service. This is the second time this has happened. Now any place that does lube and oil should be able to take a screw off. They're blaming it on Toyota, which is not right. They took my money, I left with oil, but a bad filter. And they blame it on the cap -- they can't un-tighten the cap. And Jiffy Lube, Lube and Oil -- any place can take that cap off. Then they said if they break it, I have to pay for the cap, which is over $100. So the same thing as last year. And I thought this one would be different because they were on Lincoln and they were better. Do not go there, especially if you have a Toyota or a Honda or BMW or Mercedes. They won't un-do the cap so they blame it on you. Then they said, "Well we can't order the cap till Monday, so your car will get stuck here till Monday." So what would you say? "Don't change the filter." And I had Toyota on the line. Toyota said "Don't let them do it, you have to come here. But we have to charge you." read more

No one ever plans on going to a tire shop, particularly on a Sunday when most are closed anyways. Around 10:30am this past Sunday I discovered that I had a nasty nail causing a fairly rapid leak that definitely would have depleted the air in the tire by the end of the day. Not only was Just Tires open but there was no wait at all. I pulled up, they diagnosed the puncture as patchable and got to work. About 30ish minutes later I was fixed up and good to go. The service from the manager and employees was great and amiable. The price was fantastic and there was no shady business or attempt to upsell (other than pointing out that I had pretty worn out tires, which I knew and will be getting replaced in the year). I will definitely return and recommend Just Tires to friends and anyone else who needs a helpful set of hands either in an emergency situation or a check up repair. Thanks, guys! read more
