First off they need to provide a towel to change into, when stepping into the room taking off your top was optional but you needed to or you'll get all wet. So they tell you to go under the blanket and when your done they pull the blanket off but you have no towel covering you and then they expect you to sit in a chair to blow dry your hair. Fortunately I had a jumper on so I just put my straps back on. The massage of my shoulder and arms was great though because this is primarily a massage place. Nothing special done to my hair, no calming soothing ritual vs other head spas I've been too. I expected a high end shampoo but it was just Dove. Will I come back here again? Probably not. I've come back twice for groupon. I had a Foot massage and also a hair spa. I enjoyed both experiences here. The staff was really friendly and the hair massage was a great experience for my first time. The lady who did my hair spa truly did an amazing time massaging the scalp, shoulders, arm and hands while my hair was being steamed. Review based on a recent Groupon experience. Please give people what they pay for. I got a 70 minute combo massage, but was given less than an hour (approx. 50-55 min). Massage was mediocre at best, but my biggest disappointment is that I was cheated out of nearly 20 min of my 70 min combo massage time. I walked in at 11:40, sat down in my room at 11:45, was told "done" at 12:42. Why does it take 5 min to come back with a bucket of warm water? Why leave for nearly 8 min, mid massage, to take the bucket out of the room? Why not just push the bucket aside? I don't understand the reasoning behind leaving the room mid-massage to dump a bucket of water. Also, the massage claimed to include essential oils...unless they were unscented, the only thing I smelled was the odd scent of the "unscented" lotion. As I left, the "masseuse" was waiting for me at the counter with a mini "cup" of water - the size of a shot glass. I thanked her and handed her the tip ($12, which I felt was generous since I was shorted time and the massage was mediocre), she then proceeded to scoff with a disappointed look on her face (not even a "thank you"). So that sealed it for me, I will not be returning. I've been here about five times in the last six months. Professional, clean, nice establishment where courtesy and boundaries are respected. I workout a lot and walk miles. I'm always sore from something. They fixed my very sore knee I was limping on by unknotting the muscle and low back. Fantastic massage, my chronic back pain makes me a repeat customer and these ladies always treat me with respect. I'm a big fan of the deep tissue massage, and they're not afraid to use their elbows or heels if you ask for more pressure! Amazing experience. This was my first time here and it did not disappoint. I made a same day appointment on line and showed up a few minutes early. The woman who checked me in (Nina) was very nice and explained things. She led me to my massage room where I met my massage therapist (Vivian). The facility was very clean and quiet. First off I really wanted to love this place. This was me and my wife's first time here. The massage was good however there were situations that made the experience a 3 star experience. First when we arrived the girl mixed our appointment up with someone else's so when she put us in the room while I was unchanging she opened the door and said we had to wait for the next available room because she had a different appointment. We waited 15 min for the other ladies to finish and finally it was our turn ( not to mention our massage 60min massage started at about 310 and ended at 357). During the massage my masseuse kept answering the phone/ texting (as i felt the phone vibrating on the bed) and answering the door as there were people walking in (this happened about 4 times during my massage) as much as I wanted to love this place and maybe I'd give it another try and hopefully the next experience wont be so unprofessional. read more

However, come to the hot stone body massage, she rushed through it and gave me only 25 minutes, while Cynthia paid for 45 min session. I do not appreciate the way the manager/owner handled the situation. I just wanted to let her know about the timing. I didn't mean to make a big scene. Knowing that some clients were receiving services there. But the manager/owner did. We are, the clients, paid for 2 sessions, 45 minutes each, which is 90 minutes in total time of service, not 90 minutes from the check-in to checkout time, like the manager/owner had argued with me. They need to be more transparent with the clients. And of course, I'm not happy with their business. I could have given 2 star for it. But I gave 3 star because I hope they can do better with other clients. I'm not coming back. read more

I had the Deep Tissue massage and added hot stones. WOW! So great. I have never booked a professional massage before so I went in blind. I am a long distance runner who also has a physically demanding job, so I woke up today needing a good massage. I called to make an appointment and they were able to book me within the hour. I'm beyond satisfied with the service. The overall space is very peaceful and clean. Bella is so amazing. She's very friendly and I loved how she asked me how I was doing and if the massage was too rough. I loved it so much I decided to extend it for another half hour. The rate has gone up $10 just like all the other massage places. If you want deep tissue with strong pressure, make an appt w Cindy. If you want the best walking-on-back skill, beg for the owner, Lina, to make an exception to give you a massage and tip heavy ($30 or more per hour). I went to try this place for the first time while I waited for my boyfriend. I was greeted by the owner who was very quick to work on getting me in a room. I got a Swedish massage for 30 minutes and a table shower. She massaged me very well and she made sure I was comfortable. She even checked with me on the pressure and thanked me when I requested for more. She was so polite and very nice plus her hands were amazing! Her hands were small yet firm which called for a great quality massage. I had my first table shower here and it was a great experience. One word would describe my experience here: CARELESS. From the way they answer the phone...to dumping a pile of hot rocks on my back...and throwing them loudly in a box after use...to using nonsymmetric procedures to the left and right sides of your body. Even though the Groupon said $85 dollar value...the rate sheet at the desk said $40 for a 60 min massage. So you pay more through Groupon than if you were a walk-in. I unfortunately left feeling more on edge than when I arrived. I regularly get deep tissue massages and love that painful goodness, but never like this. If you get deep tissue you know the good pain I speak of. Imagine the same deep pressure, but the masseuse going as fast as possible jerking your body around the whole time. So unpleasant! Then repeatedly pressing on your knees while your face up, which would put them into hyperextension (after the first time I said please don't do that, he did it 2 more times). Also, Wiping off the extra oil (what seemed like a bath) with an aggressively rough towel and I feeling like a few layers of skin might be gone. Last week I got a 90 min deep tissue massage here, and the woman was great, I wish I got her name and requested her again. Ugh read more

I used the online appointment reservation system at 12:46pm for the available 2:30pm massage appt. I got confirmation via email at 12:56pm. I showed up 5 mins early excited as I had been working out a lot lately and had sore muscles that needed some work. A lady comes out of a door just to the right and looks surprised to see me. Asks me if I am walk in or appt. I say appt. She then looks at the appts and asks if call in or online? I answer online. She then proceeds to give me excuses about how the online system is sometimes late. Long story short , they are busy and the online system did not set my appt at all. Make sure to call! I only had that time I set aside to get the massage so on the plus side, I saved $90.00+tip but I am sadly disappointed and extremely let down by this experience. Out of all the asian massage spa places I've been to, this by far was the best experience for my husband and I! I had plans to purchase their groupon deal for $36 for a 60-min massage with hot stones- but I called ahead to be sure we'd be able to get an appointment (since it was required on the groupon). I was able to schedule an appt and the receptionist offered to just honor the groupon price instead of me purchasing two groupons- which is great, less of a hassle for me! On the day of our appt, we finished our errands early so I decided to call and see if we'd be able to come in earlier and lucky for us, they weren't busy! The receptionist honored the rate as promised and even remembered that I requested two female masseuses. First impression upon arrival, very clean establishment and nicely lit (I've been to other spas where it's dark and seems cluttered at the entrance- not here!) Their hallway was pretty long and they had plenty of rooms. They put my husband and I together in the same room- now, have you ever paid $72 for a 60-min couples massage (with hot stones)?! That's truly UNHEARD OF! I had Elvie work on me and my husband had Misa. Elvie did such a great job working on all my problem areas- I didn't even have to tell her (probably because my knots were easily detectable by her touch). I really love the way they did the hot stone massage here, because they first add them on with a sheet and towel over you and not directly on your skin! They do wait for them to cool down a bit, but they're still hot enough when they start massaging you with them. We left very happy and felt like new people! LOL they also have a frequent buyer stamp card- I think after you buy 10, one is free. My husband and I are completely sold by this place and we will definitely be back! read more

Well that's entirely disappointing. My boyfriend called a week ago to schedule a couple's massage using a groupon. He was assured that he was scheduled. We looked forward to this all week and planed our whole day around it. We walk in and told that we were not scheduled but can be accommodated in 30min. We take a walk around and trying to be understanding only to come back and be told that there is no one available for 2hours! I'm here for a relaxing massage and get the opposite experience. How is this even possible?
