For the full body, you're ushered into a room with 2 beds and pretty quick, they got you a tub of hot water to soak your feet in. They would use half the time to massage your legs/feet, another half hour to massage the rest of the body and the whole time, you're fully clothed. It's not bad, even though the oil smelled kinda weird/bad.
