The technician came and did not replace the flame sensor he did clean the flame sensor piece of sandpaper which took less than 10 minutes and left me the sandpaper and basically charged me $110.00 for less than 10 minutes of work to clean a less than $10 part and did NOT even change out the defective flame sensor. $110.00 for less than 10 minutes of cleaning a $10 part and a piece of sandpaper is what I got from J&K heating and cooling RIP OFF of the century.

They also replacement an electrical tubing W/ wires to get the street lamp to work. But still no lights. So they dug another hole on the right side of my driveway. And bingo they finally hit gold. So What they did to fix the three sprinklers lines. All failed due to poor workmanship. With the help from Aqua Mist I have the parts to do the job the right way.
