The driver did not stop when I honked. I knew it was the company because their company name is listed on the back of the trailer. When I reached out, the owner was at first sketptical and then thanked me. However, he is not cooperating with insurance companies and instead being evasive and not taking responsibility for his and his employees neglient actions. I found Gerardo and his company by searching yelp. I had several people come out to take a look at…read morethe job I needed done and they all dropped off turf samples. By far, Gerardo's turf samples were superb. I was happy with the quality of it. His quote wasn't the lowest but it was within range of where everyone else was at. We had concrete put in a few weeks ago and the final step of that was to place turf in between it. The work started quickly and was finished faster than I expected. I kept changing the plans with additional work and Obebd only said yes. He was 100% accommodating to everything I asked for and was always on time getting things done. We removed 7 palm trees, some existing 20 year old concrete and installed new pavers, rocks and boulder, plants, sprinklers and outdoor lighting. His 3D plans should have been approved in a day but our HOA took over 3 weeks to approve our plans but Obebd kept working making things happen. The crew showed up everyday between 7:05 and 7:30 and finished around 2:30 - 3:00 with clean up. His 4 man crew were extremely hard working even in the extreme summer heat. We had numerous quotes and Luxury was not the cheapest but his design ideas and integrity made it worth doing business with Luxury Landscaping. I firmly believe you get what you pay for and this company delivers that promise.
