We just finished our complete front yard, courtyard and backyard renovation with Luxury Landscaping. From our first quote to where we finish the project is unbelievable. I kept changing the plans with additional work and Obebd only said yes. He was 100% accommodating to everything I asked for and was always on time getting things done. We removed 7 palm trees, some existing 20 year old concrete and installed new pavers, rocks and boulder, plants, sprinklers and outdoor lighting. His 3D plans should have been approved in a day but our HOA took over 3 weeks to approve our plans but Obebd kept working making things happen. The crew showed up everyday between 7:05 and 7:30 and finished around 2:30 - 3:00 with clean up. His 4 man crew were extremely hard working even in the extreme summer heat. We had numerous quotes and Luxury was not the cheapest but his design ideas and integrity made it worth doing business with Luxury Landscaping. The team at Luxury Landscaping did an amazing job. They listened to our requests and ideas and came up with a great laytout/plan for our budget. They were fast and efficient, always cleaning up before the end of the day. It rained a lot of the time they were working and they still made it happen. My landscaping project of a complete redo of the front, courtyard, side yard and back yard was recently completed and I am thoroughly impressed. I met with him and his wife Sonia and walked the premises describing some of the things I wanted done, and they gave me additional ideas and suggestions. A few days later they submitted a proposal, they worked with me to keep it in my budget, and shortly after that I viewed the design plan & loved it. The demo began. I had many bougainvillea & calliandra vines that were 26 years old and they removed all of them as well as the remaining plants, keeping only a few. His work was excellent, Obebd is creative and has an excellent design sense, which I appreciated and valued. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process and could not be happier. They provided great recommendations for us to consider. Besides doing a great job with the actual landscaping, we greatly appreciated the communication they had with us. They did the landscaping, lighting and irrigation systems and worked closely with our paver installer. They also handled our HOA approval process and most everything went very smoothly. I started this project with them and they were both hands on through the planning stages, through the HOA approval, and though the execution and completion. My home is in Four Seasons Tera Lago in Indio and Obebd provide all the information the HOA wanted, and he was quick to bring additional information when they wanted some clarification. Just as we were ready to start, i got called away. I reviewed the details with them the night before i was leaving and a couple days before the work was starting. Sonia sent me photos every day of the work and progress and when i came back to Indio the yard looked fantastic. I recommend these two in all area, Planning, execution and pricing.
