I highly recommend Quality Green Landscape for their professionalism and thoroughness in completing the job. Chris the landscape designer did a great job transforming our front yard into a more desert-friendly design while still managing to incorporate the items that we wished to retain. His selection of plants was excellent, and he was able to make good substitutes based on our personal preferences and the need to do a little budget tweaking. The actual construction crew did a great job of making the design come to life. Chris monitored the job throughout and was always available to respond to inquiries or issues. After the job was completed we realized that we really needed more lights to show off our nice new yard. We went over the whole yard with Chris and came up with an improved lighting design to showcase the landscaping. Installation of the lights was completed easily one day when we were not home, so we arrived home pleasantly surprised to see a good illumination. So, we had these guys starting in 2016. It started off well, but a few things happened: 1. Alarm on the houses started going off right after the guys arrived. They have asked me to believe total strangers were breaking in - I have images on video. 2. They attempted to charge $325 for a "customer built wood box" as a valve cover- and I said no thank you - 3. They continued to bill for going there even AFTER they had stopped coming. The last time I have them on camera was 7/9 - they billed for all of july, september and October and said they had been hand watering and trimming. 4. Turned off water and insisted I said to do it after INSISTING I call instead of text or email- which is my preferred mode of communication when dealing with services so there is not misinterpretation. I have many images of the yard - they take advantage of absentee occupants. You can make up your own mind from these images- has someone been taking care of this or no? read more

Earlier this year we completed our second project with Quality Green Landscaping for our house in Palm Springs. We had hired them previously to replace the tree in our front yard and trim our mature ficus. We moved smaller ficus and then installed 5 palm trees along with boulders and rocks. We also installed 3 bunches of cactus around the house along with up lighting on everything. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results! It takes our inner courtyard to the next level and the quality of the work is awesome. I have a high bar and their team exceeded expectations. Since completing the project, we've also hired them for our weekly yard maintenance and we'll be updating our front yard with them later in the year. read more
