You land on somebody that you think rises above the rest, only to be shuffled to someone else in their salon. So you'll never know nor get what you put in for. When I decided to book PMU with Mila, I was told that Mila, the salon owner, had no appointments for 3 1/2 months, well ok, because really good aestheticians should be busy. I was immediately pushed off to another aesthetician in the salon, Anastasia, saying that she was hired right away because she was that good, etc., etc. But she is not! My first appointment, as with everyone else's, they draw out your brow line for PMU and ask you to approve it. I told Anastasia that she literally lowered my brow arch by a third. Her answer was, "don't worry about it you'll have enough arch left." And just proceeded. Well, I didn't! And I was not happy. Here's where it gets really interesting, I reached out to Mila right after, after she asked me to give her a positive review on Google and Yelp, telling her that I can't do that because I wasn't happy. She rest assured me that she would make it right and laser could fix the PMU that affected my arch. And that she would personally make it right. That never happened, and here's why. I had my follow-up/touch-up appointment with Mila on a Saturday and I was really early so I was sitting in the parking lot having my lunch an hour or more before my appointment when I was contacted by her husband, their receptionist, telling me that she left so sick and had to cancel my appointment and they didn't know when they could rebook me because they didn't know how many days that she would be out. I never saw her leave. Little does she care either, that she posted herself working out in the gym at 6 o'clock the next morning on her social media I mean, come on?! It's not just my opinion, but she left the day of my appointment and canceled my appointment so she could do something before she left for a 15 day vacation in Mexico. Let's fast forward to trying to get rebooked with Mila. I sent a text to their main phone number, which is her cell, and was again told that they didn't know when I could reschedule with Mila so they put me back with Anastasia. Ugh!! Anastasia then drew the brow line "box" on my brows for the second time and created so-called, "wings." I literally got up this time and erased those lines myself and redirected her to where they actually needed to go to follow my natural brow line. Which is what I came in for in the first place. And, still not right. She kinda does what "she" wants. This is a $900 service with a $200 follow up/touchup service. It's really really really not worth it. Not that I can't afford it, but if you're gonna pay this kind of money, you should get what you pay for with who you want to pay to do it. Not just gets shuffled off to somebody else in the salon because you have a family and you want to take most of the Summer off. If you have a business, take on a business, run that business!! I don't know if the ink will ever stick, it didn't the first time around. Still waiting for the touchup to heal, but my hopes are not high! Cannot recommend this place at all! I have reached out to Mila's personal cell a few times since and she has yet to answer me, just crickets all day long! Just save yourself the time, the money and the aggravation! I don't think I'm the only one that is going to have to go to another salon to do a cleanup on this botched job! This is way less than one star treatment! These are people's faces, for petes sake! When somebody searches you out for "your" expertise and you agree to take on the job, personally take on the job! After all, we aren't letting just anybody touch them. That's why we do our research beforehand. Steering new clients to other aestheticians in your salon, claiming that they are just as good when they clearly are not! For what?!

Turns out my daughters boss had her brows done so of course I asked her where she went. MM Permanent cosmetics she said, go see Tami she's amazing. This clearly was a sign. My daughter and I talked about it and wanting to get it done. As a surprise for Christmas my daughter bought me eyebrows! It was the best gift EVER. So we booked an appointment online to go on the same day. The place is gorgeous and Tami (Tamara) is absolutely amazing. Right off the start she was like talking to a best friend so it really set the tone. She explained everything and all the different options. There are quite a few so don't be afraid to ask her what is best for you. Tami took pictures, measured where my brows should start, where my arch should be and the proper length for my face. I guess I really didn't realize how little to no brow I actually had left. Tami instantly started drawing my brows out by hand with this magic pencil of hers. I couldn't even believe how real the hair strokes looked with just her drawing them on! Starting to really get excited now! Tami made sure everything was to my liking before we got started. I decided to go with the nano brows as they looked the most natural. Now here comes the unpleasant but not unbearable part....She makes several channels in your brows that feel like you are being scratched. It's not painful but the noise was a bit unsettling to me. Almost sounded like paper being ripped. All this is done by hand. She applies custom colors to match your natural hair. Then you get numbing cream because it's going to absorb better. It definitely helps but the noise is still gross LOL. So you can bring headphones if you want but I really enjoyed talking to Tami. The entire process maybe took about 45 minutes. Let me tell you it was SO worth every penny! When she showed me my finished brows I couldn't believe it! I'm still in shock waking up with actual eyebrows! They look like REAL hair. Tami went over all care procedures. Gave us soap to wash our brows with and special lotion so they heal properly. She also gave us her phone number and told us we could message her with any questions we may have along the way. When I got home my husband even said my brows looked great. It's SO nice waking up and actually having eyebrows. I also enjoy not having to worry about penciling anything on or worrying that I've wiped half of my brow off. Plus it saves so much time. The following day Tami messaged us to make sure everything was okay. I though that was a super nice touch. She also sent me and my daughter the before and after photos. Please see the photos below they speak volumes themselves. I have little to no brows and my daughters were thicker but sparse in areas. You have NO idea how important eyebrows are to your face. If you are on the fence about going here's what I'm going to say.....Just go see Tami at MM Permanent Cosmetics you will be so happy you did!
