Previously, I attended a Yelp event and fell in love with the compression therapy. I had been…read moretraveling over the summer for work, but recently got in contact to see if I could book just the compression therapy as I'm not a fan of needles. The owner Lynn was prompt to get back to me, and even offered a package rate for 10 sessions ($250) versus $35/session. I opted for the package to get myself a wellness gift for my birthday as I try to do one self-care/health item every year to take care of me. I'm not sure if it's the elevation of the zero gravity chair or the compression therapy itself, but my edema melts away leaving me feeling amazing! My plan is to come monthly like I do rest floats, which is conveniently less than a mile away. Definitely hoping to continue to see the health benefits and continue my wellness journey as I quickly head into my 40s. Thank you Lynn and team as this has helped improve circulation, and ultimately the edema I can get in my feet during the summer and flights.
