They were asking honestly, just being human, and kind. I have been blown away at the way they treat every customer that walks in. This place is kind of like Cheers, for supplements. They literally know my name and face after just a few visits. Finally, they sell 1stPhorm (for a tad less than you can buy it directly from 1stPhorm too) and Modern Warrior (their brand). I've been meaning to leave this review for awhile but haven't gotten around to it. PEAK IS AWESOME!! The costumer service is always top tier. Hannah is always so nice and professional. She's always eager to help and excited to know about how my days are going and how she can help. She gave me a business card with her personal number and anytime I've reached out needing something she's quick to respond. Same with Adam he's a super cool dude and wrote me out a whole plan on how to take the supplements I just started. Basically GO TO PEAK I've never seen such an attentive and professional team! Was told by my personal trainer that they have an InBody scan here at NO COST. So I drove over, skeptical of course because surely I'll get a lousy sales pitch about a whole bunch of malarkey I don't need. BUT... Boy howdy was I wrong. Everyone here has been very professional and helpful with my goals. I explained what my intentions were, I was shown a few different products that fit within those parameters, and even given a few samples of different protein powders along with some personal samples of pre workout. Wow, I can't recommend this place enough! I had an amazing experience today at the Gilbert, AZ location. Diego & Lauren were helpful and attentive without being pushy as I looked around the store. I came in looking for 1st Phorm protein powder hoping to find it in stock since I had questions about it. I discovered that Peak had 1st Phorm energy drinks as well during my visit. I also found out that Peak Nutrition is the only full line authorized dealer in the state for 1st Phorm. If you're looking for 1st Phorm products this is the store for you. I had a few questions about one of the products and Diego answered my questions and made a recommendation based on my fitness goals. I found 1st Phorm products today and a nutrition store that listened to my needs while giving me options to chose from. Going forward Peak Nutrition is now my store for Nutrition and supplements! I went into Peak Nutrition to buy my boyfriend's coworker (who is in town for a few days) some energy drinks that he doesn't have in Florida because he was really excited about them. The second I walked in, I was instantly greeted by everyone and felt like royalty. But the biggest part of my experience was Erin (I hope I'm spelling her name the right way)! It doesn't matter what your health goals are they have the resources or products that you need. My most used product is the READY in the Body Repair plan, which is the most beautiful Nootropic I have ever tried. I have ADHD and have tried so many supplements so I don't have to take prescriptions. This has been the most amazing product for me, I can't even describe it. I found out they carried 1st Phorm products and I needed more protein powder and went in to stock up. What a great experience. Everyone is so helpful and kind! I've been back for refills and to try new products a few times and each time the experience is great! Tonight when getting my favorite Carmel vanilla latte level 1 (try it in your coffee it's the bomb) and they asked me how I was doing with my goals (I had mentioned what I was working on my last visit) and I was stunned they remembered. I love Peak Nutrition! After being out of action during covid I've gotten back into the gym and this place definitely offers the warmth and support that other nutrition stores are desperately lacking! I'm very out of shape right now because of lack of motivation during the pandemic and have only been back at it for a couple of months to get my body back and they had absolutely no judgements and made me feel comfortable and kind of just went along the journey I'm on while offering some very gentle helpful advice.
