This is a follow up review in regards to an overcharge issue at this location. I'm rating a 1 star review at this point because of how disappointing the customer service has been to resolve issues like this by the management and owner. I decided to go in and give them a chance to resolve everything since I noticed they were responsive to a previous review I've left. To start, I found it off putting that when I came in and asked for a manager the employee I presented the issue to did not introduce himself as the manager to begin with until we dove more into the topic. I provided the information I had to show for the overcharge to Bronson, the store manager, and told him the date I was in. Granted he did have to do his own investigating in their system to fact check which is understandable. What I found alarming and questionable is that he came back and mentioned he could not find the transaction in his system. What kind of system are they working with if you can't locate the transaction? 100% it was this location. There was no resolution there and he even stated the owner would not issue a refund or compensate w the item that was double charged. He then mentioned I should come back to speak with the owner. I asked for times and days he was there which he provided and then I proceeded to ask for the owners name to which he responded that he was not able to disclose that information. I didn't understand the secrecy and I would like to know who I'm asking for. In the end there was no resolution and an unwillingness to resolve the matter or to even care about it by both Bronson the store Manager and Akash the owner. What's the point of a store manager if he can't resolve small disputes like this? Rather I was sent on a goose chase to locate the owner to resolve the issue of the double charge. I'm then making more effort on my part to resolve an error an employee had made when they should be more accountable as a business. Even then, I went back once more to locate the owner or manager and at that point I spent $10 worth of my time and money going back to resolve this. It's not about the amount of money but more so the principle and how they've handled this issue and taken accountability for it. Had it been an even larger amount maybe they would care more? Either way there was no effort or accountability taken regardless of the amount by the owner. I am willing to resolve this matter if they'd like to reach out through this review. I will no longer be putting more of my time into this when they should be the ones seeking out to resolve it. read more

The usual people that work here are alright but whatever male was working today just drove me to never come back. To start my shake does not taste right at all..... then when asked for the extra cause there was quite a bit left in the shaker he wanted to charge me extra. I should've just walked out. I have never ever had to pay for it and in fact been going to One stop for 8 years straight. (Different locations) it's not my fault you don't know how to mix the shake and made extra. Give me the shake I paid for. Now all the protein I'm missing out on is gettin thrown away. Absolute dumpster fire they have going there. Will not be returning. read more

Hands down one of the best onestop locations out there. Ive been going to onestop for the past 10 years 3-4 times a week(chandler/gilbert/mesa/tempe/tukee) & over the years all other onestops have gone down in their customer service pretty badly. I love coming here because i know my shake will be done right & the employees actually look like they enjoy working here. Tried to pay with the gift card and after several times of oh try this try that they ultimately asked me to just pay with my debit card since they couldn't figure it out and the line was getting long. I don't mind but I wouldn't have walked in if I knew I was going to have to pay with my debit card the gift card was the only reason I was in there. On 08/10 my friend and I came here for a meal replacement. My friend has never been to a place like this before and because of her weight was self conscious. When we got in, the guy seemed bothered that she was unsure what to order and when she asked if the protein had an aftertaste, he sarcastically responded with.."I don't know, it's protein, I have it all the time." She stopped asking questions and just ordered something quickly. She had even told him it was her first time and he just seemed impatient and bothered by her questions. This place should feel welcoming to everyone and people working here need to remember that not all of us are weight lifters and have experience with proteins and supplements.
