I completely understand and appreciate him letting me know. He seemed very apologetic and sincere with his words. We scheduled for the following day. I ensured I was home and available 1 hour prior and after the scheduled time. Needless to say, he was a no call/no show. After 2 scheduled attempts I am dissapointed to say the least.

After a few days had passed, multiple members of Justin's staff needed unexpected time off, and Justin showed up himself to help get the job done.
