We are so incredibly happy and grateful we found Keelie! From the very start, Keelie was super responsive and friendly. We met a couple of weeks before the wedding so Goose and Keelie could get to know each other and we could go over all the logistics. On the big day, we didn't have to worry about Goose at all--Keelie went above and beyond to make sure he was happy and safe. Goose is big and energetic, but with Keelie, he was on his best behavior! Keelie even took adorable photos of Goose throughout the day, which wasn't part of the agreement but meant so much to us. She dropped him off at our Airbnb, gave him another walk, stayed with him until he finished his dinner, and let us know when she left. She is truly experienced with "meeting" cats and dogs and allowed them to come to her, which made everyone comfortable. After meeting Jennifer, we felt our babies were in good hands. Jennifer is trustworthy, on time, cleans up after the pets, gives them lots of love and is respectful of our home preferences (not wearing shoes in the house.) She frequently communicated by sending pixs of the babies, easing our anxiety of leaving our babies with a new pet sitter. She was super accommodating to one of our kitties who hid under the bed, and served her meals there. She is especially fantastic with our dogs. She reinforces walking "manners," and rewards them with frequent treats for good behavior. We use her weekly now for dog walks. We were shocked and impressed by the amount of effort Joe put into preparing to take care of our furry friends. During his daily visits with our pets, Joe went above and beyond what we asked. Joe would clean bowls, litter boxes, and exceeded our needs. Joe also would provide us with daily photos of our pets. As we embark on another travel journey, Joe has agreed to to check-in on our pets again. As it has been some time, Joe requested to meet with us again, and he was still very thorough.
