One had an attitude, maybe just had a bad day. It was clear that she was annoyed & she didn't want to be there as she kept dissapearing. The other I didn't even know was helping us until the end during the splash paint because I saw her for maybe 10 minutes in the 2 hrs we were there. I've booked parties 5 years now & the girls always help cut cake, pass out cake, ask if kids want a drink, if they want pizza, take their trash when they're done, assist with opening presents, ask if I need help with anything etc & I was surprised none of that was offered. The one girl who was with us the majority of the time didn't say our time was ending. I had kept stressing to her even in the beginning of the party that I just wanted to make sure we had time to do the cake throughout the event. I was ok not opening presents or passing out pizza but I wanted them to sing happy birthday & the kids all get cake. I didn't have time to look at my phone to see the time because I was helping all the kids in the party. The owner came in to let me know that our time was over, the girl didn't say it's over she just left the room. She told us that if we weren't out in 15 minutes that they would charge another 30 minutes add on, so we did that. I feel had the staff made aware the time or asssisted with the things listed above like previous locations have done I wouldn't have been behind. In the splash paint room my daughter was initially separated from her two friends, I asked them to keep those 3 kids together & divide the rest however they wanted. It was her birthday, the two girls were her friends & the rest were older kids. The one girl was frustrated with that. I was surprised that neither of the girls came in the room as they were doing it to help them get the paint. I went in to explain to my daughter who was turning 6 how to do it & ended up staying inside because they needed help. The girl who came at the end was very sweet with them I will say that but she wasn't really there. I don't know if she was assisting people in the front of the building but I just was shocked that they weren't helping inside as it was going on. It was very rushed because of the activities booked but all of the kids had fun. I think if they had more management things would flow better because it was a cute party, the building is beautiful, the kids all enjoyed the activities they did it just was lacking direction & asssitance.

And as of May 2022, they are also a winery! Stopped in on Saturday and tasted the plum, blackberry and cherry apple wines. The plum was my favorite so of course it's the most expensive variety at $24 - the others are $18. The very enthusiastic hostess explained a lot more work goes into making the plum variety. But it was delicious. A sign points upstairs where formal wine tasting sessions are held. I don't have anymore deets on that but will be checking back. The shop features their home made jellies, preserve, pickles in jars. I was looking for sugar free versions but didn't see any. Outdoors is a little petting zoo with goats, sheep, donkey and a llama. It might have been an alpaca but you get my drift. Last time I was there, a resident cat was also making his rounds. Weekends in fine weather are very busy, only two staff members to serve the checkout or set you up to go picking, or provide you with some wine samples. This may be a seasonal business as I recall driving by in the winter and it did look closed. I hope to get back here before the end of September and will update with any further info, especially about those wine tastings!

The…read moreatmosphere was really lacking...no curb appeal outside, no ambiance inside- harsh (boring lighting) cheap decor, no music. The patio out back was almost painfully plain and open to look at- I feel like if they would invest some money they could give it a better vibe- but everything feels cheap. We ordered a glass of wine a little after 5 and all but three tables appeared available- around 5:30 the worker(owner?) showed us that our table had a (tiny-) paper on it saying it was reserved at 6pm. And asked us to move tables- when we looked all of the other EMPTY tables also had signs (and no people) saying they were also reserved for 6pm - anyhow- we quickly finished our glass of wine and left/ needless to say- not a very good experience- wouldn't return. The cheese was like that precut Cracker Barrel cheese found in the store. I would have like to have had some freshly grated parmesan or mozzarella. Something that would pair well with the wines. I'm not a fan of Swiss. Love Colby jack and cheddar but those don't really go with the wines I had. I got a flight of white wines that are numbered in my 2nd picture. They were all pretty good but 1 & 4 were my favorites. I was able to taste a new wine slush they're offering. I chose the red wine slush over the white moscato one. I fell in love with it. I tried to get one to go but was unable to due to them not having approved to go containers for them My boyfriend got a flight of premium bourbon which he enjoyed.
