But, I received honest answers and was even shown pictures of the Freon on everything under the hood. They fixed it in two days and were good at communicating. I still thought it sounded off so I took it back two weeks later and they were able to determine that the blower is slowly going, but they said they would just wait until it stopped working since it's still doing it's job, just makes a little noise. I appreciated the explanation they gave me and they made sure I understood. I felt like they really didn't want me to put more money into my jeep than necessary and you don't find that kind of service very much. I will definitely go back!

I have been taking my cars to him for around 8 years whenever I needed an oil change or any car repair. He is very good at what he does. He has never steered me wrong. In the past if I couldn't get into Bob's and I had to take my car someplace else the other places would tell me that I needed this and that done to my car. Not feeling sure about what they'd tell me, I would wait till I could get into Bob's and he'd look it over and find out that I didn't need everything done to it like the other places claimed.
