When I got there they were telling me I have to pay another $4 after already payed my $40 Groupon shiatsu Massage and says "it's ok pay it later when we're done" At first they thought I was chinese/American but because I wasn't And I don't know their language. I arrive with my daughter today, and my appointment isn't there. They made no attempt to accommodate us today, and blamed me because I didn't get a call yesterday to confirm. Do you get into the room and you tell the massage lady that your shoulders killing you please concentrate on that area. My wife bought me the Groupon and walked in and was a small place and I was nervous because it looked shady but it wasn't one of them kind of deals. I am a MEMBER for facials. I came in for MICROWBLADE EYEBROWS with A GROUPON. They scanned my Groupon as soon as I arrived then told me I needed to pay another $130 if I wanted brown eyebrows, that the Groupon was only for red eyebrows. I asked them where it stated that and it was nowhere. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give one to me. They also did a TERRIBLE job with my 2nd facial. It was supposed tobe for 1 hour 15 min. It lasted 35 minutes They never even steamed my face and I had pieces of the mask stuck to my face when I returned home. They are rude as well. They need a course in customer service. I cancelled my facial membership and demanded a refund for the 5 facials I had left. They only refunded $200 and never refunded my $183 for the eyebrows. They told me to call Groupon. Purchased a massage through Groupon for a one hour massage. Was able to book a slot same day which made me really excited. 3 minutes before my appointment someone from the shop called me and asked if I can come in an hour later. Seeing as how I was already parked I said no. Arrived to the shop and was immediately told about taxes that must be paid that Groupon doesn't cover. Ok fine. Women takes me to the first room with two beds in it which is where I was to have the massage. 10 minutes into the massage yuki, the women giving me the massage. Thought it was a perfect time to sell me another massage. She kept going on about how much hot stone is better and how I should do it today for $15 extra. Even after my no thank you's she continued. About 20 minutes into the massage as im faced down I realize Yuki has been rubbing my shoulder for quite some time now with one hand and the strokes became lighter and less frequent. It felt as though she were distracted. So I looked up and low and behold miss Yuki had been texting on her phone with her other hand. She was startled and immediately focused on me again. I was appalled at the disrespect to be honest. It was at that moment I decided I'd never come back to this place. However I paid for an hour already. As the massage continues Yuki applied too much pressure on boney areas and not enough pressure on the meaty areas with lots of tension. I went into the spa wanting a massage, and left needing a massage! The spa is very clean, and the manager at the counter was very polite. She offered me the Groupon price for a one hour massage. I was even able to get an appointment right away. The woman who did my massage was very rough, and I politely asked several times for her to lighten up her pressure. I am currently in a lot of pain from this massage, and not very happy that my requests were ignored. I had seen a groupon online for a full set with a two week fill in for a great price so i decided to give it a shot. I have been getting eyelash extensions for years prior and never had a problem. After the first session my eyelids were killing me and the lashes felt thick and very hard, not like they usually felt. I assumed they were just tender and sore from application so I let it go. After two weeks my lashes were destroyed, real and fake. They were extremely painful and were ripping out clumps and clumps of my real lashes. I wouldnt even go for my FREE fill in because they had destroyed my eye lashes. With previous extensions i had lost a few of my real lashes but never clumps before. Once they started falling out i noticed that the extensions had been glued to multiple of my real lashes at a time, which is the INCORRECT way to apply them. They absolutely destroyed my real eyelashes and even worse left me in excruciating pain causing me to contantly be rubbing my eyes causing swelling and redness for over one month. I will never go back here and they should not be allowed to perform this skill on another person. read more

These people are scamming people. I got my first massage here from a groupon deal on April 7 2017. I was to buy 2 massages for $60.00. Once the massage finished the cashier today me i owe her $6 extra for sales tax based on original price of $70 not the price I paid for $60. I figured no big deal. Than the cashier tell me I owe her an additional $14 for tip which is based off original $70 per hour rate. And next when I come back for another massage Ill have to pay an additional $14.00 tip. At this point i told her you can't force people To pay $14 for tip. Tip is based on the consumers own opinion. I paid the lady $7.00 extra for the massage which was just ok. Nothg special about the massage n i said their firm is scamming people out of over charged sale tax n none of this makes any sense. This place has TERRIBLE bedside manners and customer service. If you tell them you already bought a Groupon they get mad. They try to sell you other services DURING your massages which is very unprofessional while I'm trying to relax and enjoy my massage. She left the room about 3 times to deal with other customers and the room was not enclosed so it wasn't that relaxing considering I heard them talking and cleaning. As soon as I stepped inside they were horrible they made me wait for long despite making an appointment before hand and they charged me $7 for tax so I paid, while the massage is ongoing I told the lady if she can be more gentle because it hurts, she said ok but didn't listen so I ended up bruises in my arm and legs after a few days. Bought a groupon from here and received a massage from a masseuse named Shirley and it was honestly one of the best massages I've ever had. The room/bed was comfortable, well decorated and super relaxing, dim lights, calm music etc. Honestly, the massage was Unbelievable, she took her time, was super attentive to the spot I mentioned was bothering me the most unlike other girls that just do what they want anyway. I've been from the high end places to the low end and this massage was Great. Give this girl a try I'm telling you! Cloud 9 masseuse I went to has nothing on her! A shoulder that bothers me 24/7 (living hell) is virtually painless tonight. On top of it they had a great package deal which I happily bought, great price. Btw to the complainers: they are going to tell you about packages at the end no matter where you go, its their job..and tbh, I always turn them down. To the other people not expecting to tip $15-$20 every time you get a massage: its a service you are paying for- you are cheap if you don't think this is a regular thing.
