Horrible experience from start to finish. This company towed our vehicle despite a valid parking permit clearly displayed, and then caused significant damage to the side of the truck while trying to remove it. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied causing the damage even though the pre‑tow photos showed the truck was perfectly fine. We later obtained video evidence that clearly shows the tow driver damaging the vehicle during the tow. Even with proof, the company refused to acknowledge what happened. This is an extremely unprofessional and dishonest operation. If you value your property, avoid this company at all costs. read more

Take lots of pics and videos before whatever you want towed by this company, inspect, inspect, inspect because I didn't fully inspect when they were finished. Hired K&A to reposition my travel trailer on my property. Following morning I noticed damage on rear of the trailer from tree stump K&A bumped the travel trailer into, (I pointed out stump when he came to look at the job). Called to let them know of this damage from bumping into tree stump. Keith told me there was no tree stump, I didn't damage your travel trailer. Insurance won't cover since it was attached to his vehicle. Called K&A again asking or their insurance information for the damage on travel trailer, he yelled at me saying it's an old travel trailer with broken windows and all dented up and hung up on me. It is not all dented up with broken windows. Took K&A to court and case was dismissed because I didn't know I had to have body shop that will do repairs had to be in court session for estimate to be admissible. So damage to the tune of over $2,500 and towing.....he got away with. Trailer has $3,600 low retail in NADA. I'm a senior citizen that just wanted the damages that were done to my travel trailer repaired. I can't afford to pay for the repair myself on a fixed income. Hope his attorney charged him more. My car got stuck below an icy slope at Buttermilk Falls. I called AAA and they sent K&A Towing. When the driver arrived with the tow truck, he started cursing at us and said that due to the poor conditions, he would have to check with his boss whether he could tow us. He then just drove off, not even having the courtesy to inform us that he couldn't tow my car. We had to be rescued by a National Park Service ranger. The next day, my friend and I called the K&A office to complain. The employee who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional, saying that we would have ruined their $75,000 tow truck for a lousy $42 payment from AAA. Subsequently, we had the car towed by Drake's Towing Service. Mr. Drake was friendly and courteous, and he did a great job towing the car out under much worse conditions (the road was completely covered with sleet). I would definitely not recommend using K&A. Their employees are rude, insulting and unprofessional. read more

Waited an hour and a half for a tow...driver stopped at dollar general for 30 minutes not realizing I can see through AAA App where he is located(pics to prove)..marked himself on scene as I watched him drive into another parking lot across the street and waited ANOTHER 10 minutes to show up...Driver had no mask...no gloves..looked high as a kite...oh..and owner Alex Albinson took complaint from AAA and tried to retaliate by going after me on my own work page...hands down the worst tow company period..I will be lobbying for AAA to drop this half witted run "business"...BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL...oh..also sent your response to AAA as well.... read more

Absolutely fantastic!!! During or just at the end of the huge snowstorm we just had,my, husband got our plow truck stuck. K & A showed up almost immediately. They could not tow my truck out due to K&A getting stuck too. K & A (Alex) did not give up. Between Alex, my husband and our tractor, they were able to pull the truck out! I can't thank K & A enough!
