If I could give Freeman's no stars, I would! We brought all our cars there for years & we're very disappointed to learn that we had things fixed on all our cars for years. They told us multiple things that needed done that it didn't need fixed & we were over charged! I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

Called to have a vehicle inspection on 7.26.25, as other shops were were scheduling for a week out . The counter person was polite and courteous. They took my vehicle in the shop same day within the hour I called, put it up on the lift and thoroughly inspected the vehicle. I'll be back for future services. read more

I had to call for a tow truck because my car's gear shift locked up and I was stranded at work. The driver, Mike, came within 20 minutes and was extremely kind. I guess he could tell that I was an anxious wreck because I never had to call a tow truck before. He explained everything, was careful and took pictures of everything. I rode along with him back to my home and he made me feel at ease. The price was also very reasonable in my opinion. I would highly recommend Mike at Freeman's Auto Service! They go above and beyond with service, always let you honestly know what's needed when doing work before just doing it and charging you, and they're a friendly staff to boot. Used to know the towing service when it was owned by my daughter's classmate . This women came w a tow truck and hooked up my car which stalled out after I gassed up with a local station that had water mixed in its tank. Fortunately have not had need for a tow under the new ownership, so cannot give review one way or the other . Put down three stars as a neutral. read more

My wife and myself were stranded for 4hrs thanks to roadside assistance. We could no longer rely on them so we contacted a local towing company. Big thank you from beginning to end the process was so simple and worry free. The driver showed up writhing 45min from my call. He was extremely professional, friendly, and caring. Andrea is the worst customer service representative i have ever spoken to in all of my life. When i inquired about the price, she kept saying that she can higher it if i would like. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They took terrible care of my car and they keep all of their cars in a small, dirty, mud filled fenced-off square which cars should never be kept. read more

Emergency service is what counts. As the AAA contract they are terrible, say they are coming but they are not. Even AAA gave up on them after an hour and a half. Don't use them ever. read more

I live in Warwick NY, I was towing home a light tower with my one ton Dodge mason dump truck from Queens NY when my transmission blew on the Bruckner Expressway in the Bronx. I was towed off the highway by the "Licensed NYS Thruway" tow company and left on the side of the off ramp on exit 11. I called Freemans' and explained my situation. The owner explained it would be a little while for the right truck to come and get both the truck and trailer in one shot. The truck arrived within 90 minutes and the driver was fantastic. He did everything to get my truck on the tow and the trailer hooked up to the back. We arrived back in Warwick in one piece. The entire time the driver was great, stopped several to make sure everything was going well with the tow, was very friendly and we had a great conversation along the way. I cant say say enough great things about the service. Some people who leave negative reviews forget that not everything in the universe revolves around them. It took five hours from the time I was dumped at the side of the off ramp to when I got home. Never once was I let down. Considering what it costs to be in business in NY and the price I paid to get a dump truck and trailer 60 miles home, I was very satisfied. Great company, great driver! read more
