The machines can also knock into cars unexpectedly and cause dings. Does it happen a lot? No. Can it happen? Yes. With a hand wash, the risk of damage is reduced and they will also reach areas that machines can't. The new owners are incredibly pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable. However, I paid $18 for a wash that included a Tire Shine but when I got home the tires were NOT done. They were clean, but not shiny. It was my fault because I should have gotten out of the car to insure that I got what I paid for. So if you pay $18 make sure you get out of your car and inspect the tires. One important note the Vacuums outside when you Exit the wash are not working and I heard they will be moved to the front where you Enter the car wash because it is a large area for cars to move around.
