TLDR: they gave me a lottery ticket designed to trick you into thinking you've won a lot when in…read morereality you've won nothing. Received a massive ad flier in the mail that served as a "scratch off lottery ticket" for an event they were putting on. This ticket was probably 13"x17" and covered with all sort of different advertisements designed to be as distracting and nonsensical as possible. Scratched it and it said I "won $2,500 instant cash". Obviously I was skeptical of this so I looked all over for fine print and in the fine print it said "no purchase necessary, match your winning number and claim your prize". Still skeptical I called the dealership to confirm this was legitimate and was responded with "yes this is legit, just come down with the flier and you'll get your prize." So I drove an hour to their dealership, sat down with one of their salesmen, filled out some paperwork and suddenly he walks out with a board that's got different numbers than what's on my scratch off. Finds a random, different small print section that wasn't on the "scratch off" part and says "this is my 'real' winning number" and matches it to his board. With the "real" winning number the most I would walk out with is a $5 chick fila gift card. It cost me more in gas to get to the dealership than the card was worth. After being Obviously upset, an "event specialist" walks over and attempts to explain how it works trying to read the fine print to me as if I didn't already do that myself. She kept saying that it's a "marketing strategy" and when I said it's not marketing it's called deceit she got mad and walked off. In what world is the number you literally scratch off on a lottery ticket not your winning number and how am I expected to know there's this magical second smaller number hidden on the page. Had they explained that when I CALLED TO CONFIRM I would have no issues but they clearly don't care. If a business has to lie just to get you in the door imagine what they're doing to get you to buy something. I would highly recommend not doing business with folks who show such little concern for honestly especially when conducting business in the 10s of thousands dollars.

As you see on the pic there is no mention of any past damage or repairs. I asked could the work on the price. He mentioned a little. We set up a meeting on 6 may 2026. I made it to the dealership and had limited because I have prayer at 6pm in spring lake NC. I test drove the vehicle and noticed the tire pressure light on. Larry mentioned that the guy that owned it before had large tires and swapped them out. I asked about the price so he looked it up. It had on line price as 45k . I saw the screen. He said he went to talk with manager to discuss it. They came back with 46,800.00. He took my 2015 740LI with around 117k miles for 6k. Well after all the paper work was done I left and went home. The next day the vehicle arrive and Gave them the care . Later I checked the truck out and noticed the truck had a paint-less sticker on the inside of door jam on the drivers side. I had received a call from finance manager and she reminded me to send the check. I hit redial and called her to ask for a Carfax. She said she would send it right away. She never did and refused to answer calls when I called to check. I sent a message to Larry. He was not at work. I ask him about the floor mat and the owners manual and the car fax. I Got all but the owners manual after he said he would send the stuff. I looked at the car fax and noticed a air bag deployment and moderate damage reported. Usually dealers give you a Carfax before selling you the vehicle. I saw why I did not get one after I red it. I talked to Larry about returning the vehicle or partial refund and about a warranty. He said they Rey refused to do anything. So here I am having to go through outside litigation or get a Lawyer. It is hard to resale a vehicle with an airbag deployment on Carfax. Had I seen the Carfax I would not have gotten this vehicle.
