Charlie was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to repair our car. He went to UPS to pick up the starter instead of waiting for delivery during this busy Christmas season. Since my wife was going to Anderson to visit her uncle at the VA nursing home anyway, she asked me to find her a place there that could look at the vehicle. I chose K and M because of great reviews and called. Tom said for my wife to stop by. She did and the a/c was working perfectly in just a couple minutes! A line was crimped or something.
