He refused to look me or my wife in the eye, never introduced himself, and physically hurt me. I am bruised from where he wrapped my arm SO tightly with a band to insert my IV. The band tightness was actually more painful than my kidney stone and sepsis, the reason for my visit. I begged for relief and so did my wife. I twisted and moaned and cried in pain. He said nothing. This was completely awful, emotionally scarring, and I cannot believe this man is allowed to practice medicine when he does not care about the patient's comfort. I wouldn't recommend going here if you even might look a little gay.

The last time I had an appointment at the clinic my "doctor", Dr or Nurse Grant, literally walked out in the middle of the appointment mumbling about some thing and never even returned! We were literally in the middle of a conversation about medicine and she got up and walked out and never came back in. A nurse came in to do my check out and then my medicine was never prescribed to me that she said she would prescribed because she got up and walked out! I had Covid and pneumonia and the Jps Wataga clinic refused to see me. They told me that they did not have any appointments. I then told him that I was going to walk in and another appointment magically appeared ... The workers at this clinic do not want to work and no one is running it! It is a very, very sad excuse for a medical clinic.

The one that still came after me and parked next to me, grew agitated and eventually walked inside (his phone Call was on his car's Bluetooth loud enough for me to hear). Then I grew agitated and walked inside... only to find out that this car neighbor of mine was seen before me only because he walked inside before. If I only knew I had to walk inside to be seen, I would have ignored the damn sign at the door and walked inside. I would have saved myself over 50 minutes of waiting in the car. Could have been only 10 minutes of waiting. But still no sincere apologies or acceptance of responsibilities.

The techs on the other hand were mostly nice and showed a genuine concern for their patients. However, one tech amed CeeCee was not so caring. So when you're admitted to a mental health facility you have certain rights as a patient. During my stay there, I was going through the patient handbook and found so many discrepancies. I'd like to think that I had a part making the changes that they did. My biggest complaint was for snack time every tech had a different rule. One would let you grab From from the cart. The other would have to hand it to you. So when it was time for snack, it was CeeCee who was handing them out. It was so frustrating because one tech would have a rule, and the other tech would have something different. CeeCee's policy was no one could touch the snack cart. She had to physically hand it to you. Being the 12-year-old I was acting like when she handed me my snack I snatched it from her. Then she proceeds to threaten me by saying you do that again and I'll drop you! I definitely filed a complaint about issues that I had there and and I filed a positive one for the people who were kind and helped me out during my stay. The food is really good and on days that I didn't like something I could order a chef salad with chicken. Like I said, I would go back 100% for a little mini break from my situation.

Took about 7 hours to get a room, but the ER was packed with people. Everyone was great, thorough, and helpful. 3rd floor staff was nice and the 3 Dr.'s were concerned and had some good tips with follow up care. They were very thorough and kept digging... the doctor was by far one of the most compassionate people I have met in a long time let alone a doctor. He was checking up on Mom often making sure her pain was at bay and even brought her ice chips. The staff was sweet and attentive always letting us know what was going on and never leaving us waiting. I was so worried taking her there because of some of the reviews but at no time did I feel uncomfortable or that the care she was receiving wasn't too notch. This is a facility meant to treat EMERGENCIES. Children are people too. One would think you'd be able to count on an ER in a suburban area for reasonable help. The only two bright sides was the man who drew my son's blood for testing and the woman at check in. Im thankful my son is now fine and recovering (thank you cooks children) but people should be able to count on the nearest ER for support, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The Watauga Clinic is home to my PCP, pharmacy, X-Ray, eligibility dept., etc. In the last seven years I have received top notch medical care, from caring and motivated clinicians. Dr. Uddin is a one in a million guy. Regardless of one's station in life, patient's that I have witnessed have all been treated with dignity, care and professionalism.
