I had several issues that were one after another. None of the ongoing issues were due to anything AAA did or didn't do. My hot tub is a few years older and has been moved to my current home which contributed to the issues I had along with normal wear and tear and the prior company not fixing the original problem correctly. My ongoing issues came within hours to days after the prior repairs but AAA Spa and Pool Service were always professional and responsive to me and getting my hot tub taken care of before the cold weather hit which can make fixing a hot tub outside the home difficult or almost impossible till warmer weather. Said good luck trying to find someone to fix everything for less than what he was owed. He obviously knows NOTHING about how to build pools. He is a used car salesman that hires garbage subcontractors. NEVER checked on the job during the process. I told him the drains were not installed properly multiple times. and When I asked him why they didn't fix the drain before concrete was poured. They quickly assessed and tested the plumbing and found no other leaks. I am having the concrete skirting around the pool removed and fresh concrete poured. The know issue is being addressed and Scott and Conner made sure no other problems exist. They even offered to get a quote on the repair of the skimmer, which I took them up on.
