But we got along just fine and you can tell he is a real pro. There is a sign that indicates a 4% charge for credit or debit. I get it. It's a small business being hosed by the credit card companies. So bring cash if you want to save a little $$$. I hope this business grows and excels. It's nice to have a local old tailor that's fast and affordable nearby. There is a reason they have been in business so long, and have a loyal customer base....Consistency One thing to note is they are more expensive in comparison to other dry cleaners. However, Milt & Edie's is located in a high traffic, nice area that is quite expensive real estate. Also they employ a large number of employees with some days open 24/7. That results in a premium rate for location, shop hours and quick turn around time. Like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for", at Milt & Edie's you get fast and quality service, great customer care, with convenient location and extended hours. I have seen 20% off coupons for M&E on the back of the local Vons store receipts. Those on a budget, or use them frequently, these are a good coupons to look for and retain.
