They charged me $400 for 4 hours, plus a $30 fine because they found mice poop in one drawer. I was shocked at the price and shared that with them, but that was my fault - I thought it was $50/hour when it was $50/hour for each person (there were 2 of them). When I got home, the kitchen rug had not been vacuumed, and there were pieces of the stove knob labels all over the rug. The labels were peeling off all of the knobs. They "forgot to tell me" about it - I found it and the messy rug when I got home. They said they would drop off replacement knobs the next day, the day I moved out. I don't know whether or not they actually left the replacement knobs as promised because I've moved out. When I went to bed that night, I found that they must have dumped a bucket of mop water upstairs (right above the bedroom) because there was water dripping down the walls, the ceiling was soaking wet, and my bedside table was covered in water. My iPad was lying in standing water on the table. Fortunately, it only got a small part of my bed wet. Finally, I asked them multiple times for a receipt (I may be able to get my moving expenses reimbursed). They promised multiple times, but they never sent it. Never again.
