I told them not once has it been serviced by anyone other then oil changes and fixing trivial thing like blinkers. They then said it would have to be done submitting a claim. So I waited for just under a week for them to get back with me. And discount tire said they called you on a different number. I asked them when they called me to tell me they had issues with my van, they had no problem contacting me. They are nothing but liars. For a 240.00 fix they choose to lose a customer of about 30 years. Good riddance. Belle tire, Walmart or even a used tire shop in Detroit would be better then discount tire. This site won't allow me to post a review without giving at least one star. They are worse than one star!

They also told me my trans pan had NEVER been dropped despite the fact that the same shop dropped it a year ago and I drop it myself prior to that.
