The next day, five fingers had rolled off like stickers due to the caked up gel. I went back to get my nails redone that Sunday (7/5) because it hadn't even been a week, and the lady only painted over the ones that had chipped or rolled off, nearly missing two that were in the process of peeling. Everything seemed to be treated like an inconvenience to them, even though I initially spent over $100 there. My previous review was left to get $5 off the service, but I don't ever want to be misleading, so I felt the need to update it, this was a terrible experience, and I won't be back. (7/7) my nails are all chipped and are being removed. What concerns me most is the pattern of how I've been treated recently. The previous manager was always kind, patient, and welcoming. The new woman and man I interacted with was rude and dismissive. Like I was a bother, even though I was very very polite and understanding. I appreciate them attempting to remediate the situation but the approach and style was not right. I honestly no longer feel comfortable or welcome coming into this salon.
