I requested to speak to a manager to voice my frustration as a paying customer is ridiculous that Im getting my service done by someone who doesn't have any training on your hair, I get my hair done by myself and it turns out better than what I paid for. I told her very politely that is unfair for customers to pay for a professional and get the results I got, mind you I am a graduate cosmetologist and esthetician I been doing hair for years! She did everything you're not supposed to do. She told me school doesn't matter because they just teach you to get a degree.. like huhhhh?? And then she said my hair was too thick and I didn't told her I have curly hair IT DOES NOT MATTER IF I HAVE CURLY HAIR, IF YOU KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOB ! She files by hand and my nails have never been stronger underneath my acrylics. She has the most welcoming personality! I came to this salon after bleaching my hair at home because it turned out too red and uneven in…read moresome areas. Before booking, I explained the situation and specifically asked if the bleach spots and uneven color could be corrected. I was reassured multiple times that they could achieve the honey/ caramel brown color I wanted and fix the patchiness. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Once I sat in the chair, the stylist did not spot correct the unevenness and instead applied bleach all over my head again. Afterward, my hair was dyed much darker than the inspiration photos I showed, and I immediately noticed I had very obvious hot roots. When I brought it up, I was told it was "just the lighting." I asked again if it could be corrected, and although she darkened the roots slightly, they were still noticeably lighter and warm-toned. After my hair was dried and styled, I realized it was still very red -- honestly even redder/copper than when I originally came in. When I mentioned this, I was told it would "look better after a few washes" and that I should come back again. For $200, I left with hair that was more damaged, still uneven, and nowhere near the honey brown color I asked for. I understand color correction can be difficult, but I wish there had been more honesty about what was realistically achievable instead of being promised results that were not delivered. Will not come here again and don't recommend to come to color your hair!
