So The upsell on the lash was a completely different lash than the one my daughter showed her in the picture. She completely took advantage of a young girl while I was waiting in the waiting room, trying to empower my daughter and give her some autonomy. We are completely disgusted with the lack of professional professionalism. In addition to that when we spoke to the manager she didn't listen to a word I said, but kept repeating apparently what she had been trained to say. She scheduled us an appointment for one hour later in order to remove the lashes only for us to show up there and the stylist said she didn't have time to remove them so we had to come in for an additional appointment the next morning to remove them. Save your money and do not come here. They charged us over $190 for something we did not ask for. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.
