The cinnamon vanilla latte tasted like it was made in heaven. The atmosphere was also very relaxing. I nearly fell asleep in the hammock!

I don't know where to start. I was compelled to go here. More than once in fact and I've tried a few different beverages: both coffees and espresso drinks. The coffee isn't terrible. So there's that. Moving on to the espresso drinks. Do they actually train baristas how to pour a latte? There's more do it than the perfunctory leaf art at the top. The lattes I've had at K Brew lacked any flavor at all. Unless you count the melange of warm milk and what must be the dregs of coffee water left after extracting half a dozen times. Yum. Keep on weighing the milk out. I suppose your margins weren't high enough, serving swill at 50% higher cost than your competitors. FYI, Starbucks is not a competitor. read more

Good coffee. Better than most. Not much space and very few food choices. The place sometimes gives off a hipster/Christian vibe, but no one has actually ever tried to get me to go with them to church, so that's a plus. read more

This place has one of the best mocha lattes I've ever had. They were super packed this morning but the baristas were all very friendly and tried to be as quick as possible. Sadly all the hammock chairs were taken by the time I got there but I'll definitely be back to try more of their coffee offerings and try to snag a chair next time. read more

Very glad to have this coffee shop so close to home! We walk the dogs here most Saturday mornings for coffee and a delicious bagel. Sometimes they will have food trucks outside, which is always a nice treat. The staff is super nice and I think they have the best coffee in town. read more

Visiting from out of town and folks directed me to K Brew for coffee. I ordered a "shot in the dark" which I think was off menu but the guy knew what it was. Had a nice conversation about coffee, roasting, etc. Great folks behind the counter. The coffee itself was not the best I've had, but okay... far better than what most people call coffee. If I lived in town I'd probably visit occasionally and try more of what they have on offer. Cool place and definitely in an area that needs a cool coffee place. The coffee is good but the system is terrible. We have never been there that someone doesn't grab our coffee then we get stuck with the wrong one. They need to get names. It's just annoying when you've waited for your coffee and someone grabs yours then you have to wait again or just take what they ordered. Stars do not reflect the coffee just the system. read more

I am finally getting my addiction to this place under control, but I'm sure once winter rolls back around that will all change. They focus on finely crafted drinks of the espresso and pour over variety. They make the best latte in town hands down. It is expensive, but well worth it. My goto drink is a hazelnut latte. And I appreciate that they have multiple sizes on their menu. Sometimes, you just need 20 oz of latte. The inside is tiny... But good use of space with counters all around the inside windows for watching traffic.i usually get it to go. Update: no longer in the same tiny space, they have a lovely little space including tables, some lounge style seating and a hammock forest (which is kinda worth the trip all in itself). This is my new favorite coffee shop! I went about 10am on a Sunday which was nice as it was still quiet. The gal who took my order was very friendly and asking how my day was. I had a tea which I liked that it was loose leaf and they pressed/seeped it right there. The inside is cute, clean and a light wood with plenty of seating. The best part is the hammocks!! K-brew's leaves that wonderful peppery after taste in your mouth. Love the outdoor seating and the feel of that place. Staff are always attentive and friendly. I love k brew so much I got engaged here! Their coffee is wonderful, never have I gotten anything that wasn't fantastic. Even just a cup of black coffee has so much flavor. I will say though, I miss the old location on Broadway. Now my beloved small Kbrew is regularly filled with college kids making the trek out to my scruffy north Knox neighborhood. It's so crowded sometimes there isn't a seat, and I do miss the vibes from their little tiny shop. But nevertheless I will always love Kbrew the most. I went here with a couple friends to talk about some plans for school later this year. They ordered teas and such and on the way to k brew I got Taco Bell because I was hungry and I knew that a coffee shop does not have lunch they have coffee. What a grand idea. Upon getting there my friend and I sat down while the other ordered drinks. After my other friend pays for the drinks the lady that took her order came up to me and my friends sitting down and asked me to leave because I had another companies food inside . First of all, Taco Bell isn't a hipster coffee shop so I don't know if I just didn't get their look right or what but I HAD TO EAT LUNCH. So to make a long story short we will never be returning to this coffee shop and have to sadly support Starbucks in their mission to take over the world, because they actually allow paying customers with other people's food inside their waiting and visiting areas. In summation, don't bring your granola bar or your great value water as you get your coffee (because somehow Walmart is also a competitor to their hipster coffee brand) or you'll be embarrassingly asked to leave by what looks like a nice lady but inside is Satan himself.
