Scooters is probably the friendliest service for any local coffee spot. Even though it's just drive through, the staff are always super nice. Coffee is on point too. I'd rank it higher than Starbucks and the usual chain-store coffee. It's not quite as good as the true "craft" / independent coffee shops. But, it's close. Definitely a good choice if you need caffeine. Haven't tried their food. But, Scooters also has a breakfast menu with several sandwich options. Overall: recommended. Service is SUPERB here. They are so friendly that their faces must hurt from smiling at the end of the day. We have now been to this new location twice and both times a pleasant experience. We have ordered: Carmelicious, Iced mocha, iced Americano, a cold brew, and an egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. I can confidently say the Carmelicious is the star. Not something we will frequently get because of sugar content, but DANG, it was tasty and smooth and the whipped cream added a delicious creamy texture. Got an additional shot of espresso added so that it tasted like, ya know...coffee. This was a good call. Same with the iced mocha. Got an additional shot and it cut through some of the sweetness. The iced Americano and cold brews were fine. We weren't asked about adding sweetener or cream, which I'm accustomed to elsewhere. So keep that in mind when you order that it will be plain unless you specify. I was also surprised that when I ordered cold brew with no ice (so I could save it for later), they handed me a cup only 2/3 full. The worker at the window said it was so that "they didn't mess with the concentrate." I wish she had specified what I needed to do with a concentrate...just add ice when I was ready? Water? Do a spin and say a prayer? Who knows. The sandwich was tasty. The biscuit tasted fresh and fluffy and you can't go wrong with melted, gooey American cheese. Much better than the sandwiches we have had at other chain coffee shops. I would come here again, but probably only when we want one of the sweeter coffee concoctions. They really do excel with those and with how friendly their service is. read more

After reading everyone else's reviews, I'll have to agree! This place is really good and super friendly! One thing I will say though is it does not have a traditional entrance so the "side street" kinda sneaks up on you and there's no way to access the business from behind so you have to get back onto Kingston Pike or make a U-turn (my mistake this morning!). No big deal! It's the season of PSL so I had to try theirs and I almost ordered the pumpkin caramelicious muffin but the maple waffle sandwich looked so good, plus I was craving something savory this morning. When I approached the window to pay the nice young lady raved about the sandwich and she wasn't kidding! It is really good with the sweet and savory. The cheese melts very nicely and makes the sandwich more moist and kinda creamy. For a large PSL and that sandwich it came out to be $10.85 which seems kinda pricey but for what you get I think it's worth it. Plus you get $2 off your first visit if you're a rewards member. It really is so appreciative when a business has happy and friendly employees. I'm sure they come to appreciate great customers as well since that's what they'll receive in return. So keep it up Scooters because I'm coming for that muffin (maybe within the next week)! read more

We were traveling and stopped here for our morning fuel. They are known for their Carmel drinks and told us they use Carmel sauce not syrup so even though I'm not a Carmel fan, I tried it since it's their specialty and it was great! They even added a cute little sticker to the cup and after we ordered in the drive thru, told us to SCOOT around to the window! That was pretty cute considering their name. The girl who took our order was very friendly and patient with us as we took a while to decide what we wanted. I got the everything bagel breakfast sandwich and it was tasty but the reason I put 4 stars instead of 5, was the sausage had a couple hard things that felt like bone in it. Sausage at any place can have this but it seemed like they didn't use high quality Food ingredients but their coffees were great and worth going there instead of Starbucks. read more

Wow. Pleasantly surprised. I'm the type to not venture out and try new things, but I'm so glad I did. Their roast is better than any Starbucks or Dunkin'. I ordered the pumpkin caramel iced latte with oat milk and the everything bagel sandwich. I was happy to order breakfast at 1:00pm as I just got in from a long trip yesterday and slept in. I visited Scooters for the first time today! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in navigating the menu. I was immediately intrigued by the Holiday Spice Hot Caramelicious. Honestly, I'm a complete sucker for anything themed. It could be the same flavors all year round, but if it says "holiday" then "spring time" followed by "summer time" I'm going to order it every time. The Holiday Spice is turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon and caramel flavors with frothy milk. I prefer it hot, but knownit would have been tasty cold as well. Scooters is exactly what it markets itself as, a specialty coffee beverage drive thru. If you are looking for drinks with flavored syrups and frothy milk content, this is your place! Or, if you are a teen that loves to think you like coffee, but can't drink it straight black, you'll love it! If you are looking for a stronger coffee flavor, you can opt for an additional shot of espresso in your beverage, just knownits going to push your price up. So I was driving back home to Jefferson County Tn after getting tires on my car and I see this little place. I quickly pulled in and got to the order box/outside menu. The lady asked what I wanted and I said what do you recommend cause I need something sweet hot and delicious with 2 extra pumps and 2 sweetness. She laughed and ordered the Turtle Latte large . It was AMAZING. Sweet hot and wow. I also got their Caramelicious Muffin and those 2 items were the pick me up I needed on a cold wet winter day. Super cute, passed this on my way home and was so intrigued I turned around to try it out. The customer service is absolutely amazing the baristas are so sweet and genuinely seem like they like being there. The menu is diverse if you like coffee you can get pretty much anything you like. Lattes, cappuccinos, hot, iced. They also had milk substitutions which is a plus for me! And they were super quick! I would say it's more expensive then Dunkin but cheaper then Starbucks, or at least my cold brew with vanilla and coconut milk was. It wasnt overly sweet and but it had flavor so it was perfect !! Downside is no parking, it is a drive through so totally expected there to not be any but sometimes pulling out I take a second and gather my stuff.
