My lash lift was around $75 which is so much cheaper than the east coast! I thought the owner was very kind and also let me know what type of curl I should do for my difficult eye shape. Horrible experience- How do they get 5 stars?? I get my lashes done every month and I decide to try this because I went to Ktown for dinner. They ask you to take off your shoes at the door, but their slippers were FILTHY and black (the other customer told me that I can walk in without wear their shoes like she did). The girl working on my lashes wasn't even wearing a mask, and I COULD SMELL HER BREATH THE ENTIRE TIME. It was super uncomfortable, but I felt too awkward to say anything. The WORST part? She got GLUE in my eyes at least FIVE times! My eyes wouldn't stop tearing up, but I kept telling myself, "beauty is pain." When she finally finished, I looked in the mirror, and the lashes looked nothing like the photo I showed them. Another staff member even questioned what kind of lashes were used--they looked TERRIBLE! I asked for them to be REMOVED on the spot, and she told me it would take 10 minutes, but it took 30. I left with glue on my face.. During the removal, I called the owner. Instead of apologizing, she blamed me, saying my eyes were "too tightly shut," which is why things went wrong. I mean, seriously? You got glue in my eyes five times! Then she says, "I'm not charging you, what more do you want?" I was shocked at her attitude...... My eyes stayed red for two days. I can't believe a business can operate like this--totally unprofessional and just a scary experience. Avoid at all costs! read more

Amazing amazing place to get your brows/lashes done! I honestly could describe their skills as fine craftsmanship as they are so detail oriented and meticulous in how they approach your face. They actually focus on what would actually be suitable and complimentary with your own natural features rather than do a generically done job that you can get at any brow place. The first time I'd ever gotten my brows micro bladed and lashes permed was in Korea a year ago and I loved the work done there. I was looking for a place that could do the same if not better than what I received overseas so naturally I searched in Ktown looking for Korean owned businesses. I am so happy I found this shop on Yelp because not only do both women do a fantastic job in making you look pretty, they also are very kind and warm people. They'll make you feel right at home and like they're your sisters or aunties taking care of you. First I went to get my lashes permed which is a very quick process and takes about 30-45 minutes. The lashes are supposed to stay curled for about 1-2 months but mine have lasted a good while! They are still very curled and help me looking bright and awake everyday. The micro blading brow appointments are done in two sessions. The first one, and then about a month after your skin has healed you go in for the second appt. I just came back from my second appt. and I am very happy with the results. Jin is good at creating symmetrical brows to shape your face and creating very natural looking strokes that look like actual hair. Having these two things done saves me so much time everyday so finding this place is a godsend! It's located on the 2nd floor of a strip mall so there is parking at the plaza but sometimes the lot will be full.
