I opted for the Tan Tan Men which is apparently one of their best ramen, according to the waitress. After the bowl came out, I couldn't withhold my amazement with how beautifully everything was presented. Everything in the bowl was absolutely delicious. The noodles itself, the bok choy, and tender pork were a perfect combination in such a delicious broth. We were able to get a side of ramen sauce and chili sauce to add to our bowl as we please. Jinya well exceeded my expectations and provided a perfect conduit for a great lunch experience. I'm sure I will be coming back in the future as this place sits higher on my "ramen spots" list throughout Charlotte.

No restaurant serving raw fish should ever have issues like that. The environment felt dirty, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. I genuinely do not understand the hype around this place. Between the awful attitude from the owner and the unsanitary conditions, I would never recommend anyone eat here.
