My project started Friday but from there, it all went downhill. On Friday they were supposed to stay the fumigation, however, They didn't bring enough gas so they weren't able to. They states someone would come by within 2 hours of 2:30 and they never did. At 7 I was calling them to ask for status and I kept getting the run around about who was going and when etc. they even tried putting the blame on the gas company. Luckily, I myself was there and spoke to the representative for both the gas and the fumigation company and knew that was a lie. I was there when the gas company arrived and they completed their part before the fumigation company even started their work. Finally I was told that someone would arrive Saturday to start the process so it started a day late and then they released the gas Sunday. A 2-3 day process now became a 1 day process according to them and the outcome would still be the same. I had to keep contacting them as the information provided about the process was not what occurred. When I asked for a discount, the owner Josh stated they couldn't because the outcome was correct regardless of the process being a mess and me having to spend hours of my weekend trying to figure out if our fumigation was going to happen or not and if anyone would show up. They didn't seem to be worried. The rep who started our tent process also asked to use our microwave while there to heat up his lunch and ate at our kitchen island which we also thought was unprofessional of them to do or ask us to do. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because of the run around and lies I was told throughout the process. Before then, Joshua did answer my questions and was helpful so I expected that once the process started as well but it was not the case. At the end, the job was done, it was just delayed to start and the communication could have been better as well. read more

I had a great experience with K Termite because Josh has really made the experience stress-free. He got back to me promptly to schedule an inspection and estimate after I inquired through Yelp. I had actually almost gone with another company but when I asked to schedule with that company they increased the cost. We recently bought a home where the seller hid termite damage so it was already a bit stressful and we were ready to just hire the first company we came across. I'm really glad I found K Termite though - Josh's team ultimately flagged more termite damage for repair than the other company, and still came in at the most affordable price. Furthermore, I have pretty high expectations when it comes to workmanship - Josh's team excels in this area. They paid excellent attention to detail and were even thoughtful enough to leave two half gallons of the paint they used which perfectly matched two separate colors from my home exterior.
