Wow, I am SOOOO grateful for Julio. I really hate bugs. REALLY hate them. Back when I last called on him a couple years back, it got to the point where I was afraid to go to the kitchen at night. "Ok, sure. Why not? A little midnight sna-- WHOA!!" Yeah, that started happening on a regular basis. Me coming to the kitchen for a quick bite at night, only to turn on the lights and see the roaches were holding their own CONVENTION. I stopped putting it off, and finally got around to calling up that number for Impressive Exterminating that I saw on the web. After a few phone calls back & forth, we managed to setup a good time for him to head on over. When he came on over, it was a surprisingly short visit. Too short, actually. I was concerned maybe he didn't really do that much after all. Oh, but he did something incredible. Over the course of the next several weeks, the bug corpses started to pile up, but the bugs themselves were fewer and fewer. It was probably only a month later, when I had the midnight munchies, and decided to risk it. I went to the kitchen, flicked on the lights, and BAM! There it was. Actually, there it WASN'T. I am very satisfied with the work Alfonso and his crew did to repair termite damage to my outside patio. Alfonso visited my house and inspected the entire property for any termites or termite damage, including dry rotted wood or other problems caused by termites. He discussed his estimate with me and he pointed out areas on my property where there was evidence of termite damage, related damage, or possible termite infestation. I was very lucky that only my backyard patio showed evidence of termite damage and possible termite infestation. Alfonso also found other areas on the property that had dry rot damage. He was very knowledgeable and very professional in his review and the work he did. The price he gave me for termite eradication and damage repair was remarkably low compared to other estimates I received at the same time. I decided to use Impressive Exterminating. The guy named Marco showed up and me made a big hole in the ceiling. When I found out and asked about the hole in the ceiling, Marco lied on my face and he didn't take responsibility , damage he obviously did to my house. My agent call his number and he never picks up his phone. This company should take responsibility for the damage caused by one of their employees. These people came out to my home, and instead of repairing anything, they actually made things worse. The termite-infested wood that was removed from my dwelling was left strewn about the yard, and piled up against the door of my garage. Bent nails and trash were left all over my property. These guys took many shortcuts, and did things like putting non pressure treated wood directly on the slab in my garage. That is not up to code. The carpenters that work for impressive termite company have carpentry skills of a 5 year old. They tried to replace a facia board, and left something up there that resembles a noodle. It's crooked, in little pieces that don't fit together, and it's painted some weird color of green that they found at the paint store I guess, but it doesn't match anything on my house. And then, as icing on the cake, they dumped the leftover paint in my yard. Total disrepect. read more
