The service is always great. The employees are always polite, friendly and knowledgeable. When you sign a contract they provide a schedule and they contact you ahead of time just in case you forgot. It's easy to reschedule if the date is a problem. They always try to make contact when they arrive. I have a dog that I need to bring inside because she's a runner. I've used Cura in the past and they've always helped eliminate pests inside our home. I would call them once a year and would be pest free all year around. Not anymore. 2 months ago, I had them treat our home and within a month, I started noticing ants again and roaches. I have never seen roaches in the 4 years that we've lived here with the treatment they've used in the past. I called today to see if they can do anything to help because it didn't seem like the last treatment worked. They said I was out of the 30 day warranty and would have to pay for another full treatment. They also said they changed the product that they use. I didn't find the need to schedule another appointment with a less effective treatment. The girl, Jessica, didn't offer any other solutions but to purchase more treatments. Why keep spraying my house with a chemical that barely works? The customer service seems to have declined as well as their product. They were willing to let a long time customer walk away. Perfect timing! A representative named Mikey stopped by to see if we had pest control service, and with summer approaching, it couldn't have come at a better time cuz we have huge ant problems every summer! Plus we had so much cobwebs all around our house. We used to have Terminix for a few years, but eventually canceled because, although fine at first, they'd spend literally 5 minutes before moving on to the next house. Anyways, Mikey was very courteous and professional and was able to provide a service plan we could work with. The very next day, technician Christian came out and he did an excellent job. He removed all the cobwebs around the house (we had a lot!!), treated the property, and was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the visit. Affordable and very transparent company. I did termite fumigation for the whole house with roof warranty. They don't try to upsell you and will just tell you straight what is necessary. Inspector is communicative and friendly and the whole team has done a great job. We'll see in the meantime how yearly inspections go with the warranty. read more

Initial consultation today with Alaka'i as they were doing work in the neighborhood. He was informative about their service and type of performance I can expect. Mosquitoes are a big problem where I live and he explained how they specifically address mosquitoes. The current company I have does not. He has an excellent marketing skill set so he won me over. Today, Cam came by and discussed the company and its services with me. I am always skeptical when anyone knocks on my door for any reason, so I was feeling reluctant to answer the door but for some reason, I decided to come out and talk. He was very warm and knowledgeable about bugs and pests. We chatted for a long time and after doing a complimentary walkthrough, I am now aware of the issues with pests just around the perimeter of my home. I booked an appointment for Cam and Jerry (I think?) to come back a couple hours later to do the service. A guy came to our house, walked through our front gate and trespassed down to our property to bang on our door. You do realize that, legally, you do not have the right to walk on someone's property unless you have consent? If I have not given you consent, you are not two step foot on my private property. When we answered, we told him we were not interested and he was very persistent saying something about. Have you seen our trucks in the area and something about ants. We kept saying no thank you and he finally left. However, it is concerning to me that he is trespassing all over people's property. Just leave a card like the rest of the people. I later saw him on an electric hover board going down our private streets looking at his phone. No van around. Then I saw a post last night on Facebook for our neighborhood with somebody complaining about them. 9:30 PM knocking on people's doors? Yes it was the same guy. There are many criminals, and there have been many break-ins, so people are very reticent about strangers coming to their door and asking for business, and want to and are ready to protect their life and property. This is bad business practice. Just leave a card or something on the mailbox. The last time Cura came to our house, the guy was so rude and yelled at me. read more

I have been using Cura for our residential pest service for a couple of years now and have been very pleased. We do have a lot of foliage in our yard so we can be prone to creepy crawlers, put with Cura's quarterly services we keep any intruders at bay! The rates are comparable or better that others we have had in the past, they will come out in between if you need them at no charge. Everyone I has always been so professional & helpful! You are always notified through text a day or two before they come, and the day of your treatment the tech gives you a heads up when they are heading to you. They are flexible if you need to reschedule and are helpful accommodating you. You are always able to address any specific concerns. This is an update and a response to the owner's comment on my review. Few facts about me and my house: 1. We purchased the house literally 5 months before the fumigation. 2. This is not my first Fumigation experience. Ive had my other house fumigated, tiles were medium profile, unchanged since 10 years ago. Minimal damage post-fumigation. 3. I was told REPEATEDLY the reason for so many tiles broken post-fumigation by the Cura termite agent and now the owner was that my roof tiles' fragile. My tiles are categorized as heavyweight concrete tiles. They are not HIGH PROFILE or clay. 4. THIS house got re-reroofed in Jan 2023 4. Solar panels were installed 3 months after in 2023, 19 tiles were broken. NINETEEN. from having to install 25 solar panels, only 19 were broken. 5. The percentage of having broken 100+ tiles is considered moderate-severe property damage. 6. I stand by my opinion that this was negligence. Obviously I signed the roof waiver so enuf said. read more

It was easy to make an appointment with the receptionist and the pest job typically takes 3-4 hours and the receptionist Renessa gave me an option of time blocks between 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm. I chose the later time as it was on the weekend and I enjoy mornings of peace. However, the first pest worker (the one that looks like Bad Bunny, didn't catch his name) that came called me at 8:30 am (3.5 hours before my scheduled time), came at 9:30am and finally started at 10:30 am (when I was ready) as I had just a few more cabinets to empty. I had plan to do it in the morning prior to my 12 pm appointment as that is the time I had scheduled. I did not appreciate him coming hours earlier than scheduled as I felt rush. I felt he came at that time as it was convenient for him and not the time I booked. The job required two sprays, the second spray was scheduled about a week later with receptionist Jessica and that was all and well and I even called two days prior to make sure they came at the scheduled appt between 12-4pm again. This time they sent Freddy who came at the scheduled time was knowledgeable and explained the process. Freddy was nice but also wasn't great at communication as I had asked him to text me when he was done spraying so that I know how much time to stay away and went to come back. He did not respond to my text. After a month of the two sprays I did not see a return of my bug problem. The first two days, it looked like the bugs were leaving their hiding spots and I was told that was normal for them to be visible the first couple of days after the sprays. Regardless, I was satisfied with quality of work they provided. My only suggestion is keeping to their appointed time or if it needed to be changed to give the customer a call a day or two to confirm. Thank you for fixing my bug issue! read more

This was my first time using Cura and I had a good experience with their team. Cade actually was in my neighborhood and offered their services to me. I told him my wife and I was looking for pest control options but we just moved in and that was on the back burner. He was understanding and told us that since his guys were already around the area, they would be able to give us a good deal. He talked to us about their services, what they can and cannot do. He was honest about the whole process, explained everything, and answered all of our questions. It was a no brainer to just do it now and tackle the problem before it gets out of hand, especially with the reasonable price he was giving us. Scheduling was quick and easy and he was able to have a tech to come out within the next hour. Mark, the technician, communicated with me immediately and kept me updated about this ETA. Shane, Victor and crew were very thorough in explaining the application and treatment schedule to me. I was hesitant at first, as I am not very trusting of door solicitors, but Shane explained he was frequently in the area and had a crew already out at other neighboring clients. I was not ready to sign up for a bimonthly service, but he was able to accommodate me with a quarterly service at a great deal. The crew was back in less than an hour and cleared any spider webs and thoroughly sprayed along the foundation and fences of my home. Very unhappy with this companies service! They came out to remove cob webs and spray for spiders when we came home to inspect on day of service we still had many cob webs left when we called to tell them they said they would send someone back out to fix three visits later never fixed the problem! We also noticed that we had many more spiders than before using this service. Honestly believe the spray they use attracts more spiders so that they can continue to charge us. We refused to pay sent pictures of the existing spider webs, they then turned us in to collections! Never use this company! read more
