I wanted to get out of my hotel room and it was way to hot to hike, so I decided to check out Echo. Tucked on a major street in Echo it felt like the bar Cheers walking in. I was the newly, but I felt welcomed. I decided to check out their flight and take advantage of their $5 wine Wednesday glasses. I tried the rose, muscat, and medium red. All were amazing, but it was something about the rose that was refreshing and light. So, this was my $5 glass choice! I sipped this on their relaxing outdoor space that has tons of seating and shade. I took my time reading and enjoying every sip. I decided to take a bottle of muscat home! It is a pretty unique flavor with just a hint of sweetness. Thank you for this experience Echo Ridge!!
